In short
Advertising in Ras Al Khaimah has a rulebook that surprises newcomers.A shopfront sign needs a municipality permit, Arabic must cover at least half the sign and the sign cannot exceed 40% of the facade, according to the municipality’s published service page. Roof and building signs are charged by area each year, and advertising screens at a higher rate. Abcon Branding plans campaigns that respect these limits, from the idea and key visual to outdoor, print, digital ads and film. Abcon Group includes advertising companies, Abjar Signboard Works and German Printing Press. We have no office in Ras Al Khaimah, so we work from Dubai and Sharjah and visit you on site.

What is included
What our advertising work covers for a Ras Al Khaimah client
We build campaigns that can be bought, permitted, produced and measured. Depending on the brief, the work includes:
01
Campaign strategy
The audience, the single message and the places where they will see it, decided before any design.
02
Concept and key visual
One idea shown as a hero image and a headline, tested across formats.
03
Outdoor and facade advertising
Signs, roof and building boards and screens, with artwork sized and worded to meet municipality limits.
04
Print and distribution
Brochures, flyers, menus and posters, printed by German Printing Press or your own printer.
05
Digital and social ads
Adverts cut for each platform from the same idea.
06
Film and motion
Short videos and animation for screens in a venue, social channels and online.
07
Point of sale
Stands, counter cards and window graphics for shops and venues.
08
Permits and production management
Listing the permits the work needs, and coordinating production and installation through Abjar.
09
Bilingual copy and layout
Arabic and English headlines written for each audience and set to share the space fairly.

When it helps
Signs a Ras Al Khaimah business needs an advertising agency
01
The sign was approved but looks bare.
A compliant sign with weak Arabic and no hierarchy meets the rule and misses the customer.
02
A launch is coming and there is no idea.
Openings and new ranges need a single message that all the formats can repeat.
03
Several suppliers, no one in charge.
A sign maker, a printer and a social freelancer each make something and nobody checks the whole.
04
Tourism growth has not reached the business.
The emirate’s ambition to pass 3.5 million visitors a year by 2030, per its tourism authority, will only help brands visitors can recognise.
05
A new resort or attraction is changing the neighbourhood.
Wynn Al Marjan Island is due to welcome its first guests in September 2027, according to Gulf News. Nearby shops, cafés and services may want their message ready beforehand.
06
Permits are an afterthought.
A sign made first and permitted later can be rejected or have to be cut down.
Process
How we work on advertising agency in Ras Al Khaimah
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We start with the business problem: a launch, a new range, a seasonal push. We study your present signs, print and ads, note where you will advertise and make a list of the permits and approvals the plan might need.
02
Architect
We write the campaign idea and design the key visual, then adapt it to the formats you will use: a facade sign, a poster, a social advert and a short film if it earns its place. You see the idea on mock-ups before production starts.
03
Deploy
We prepare artwork to each supplier’s specifications. Abjar Signboard Works can produce and install signs, and German Printing Press can print, or we brief your own suppliers. We list permits and who will apply for each.
04
Compound
We review how the campaign is received, extend what works to new formats and update artwork for the next sign permit renewal or the next season.

Selected work
Campaign work from our portfolio that suits a Ras Al Khaimah advertiser
Our portfolio does not include a Ras Al Khaimah campaign. These pieces show the range of formats we handle, from street posters to print and social advertising.
What shapes the cost of advertising in Ras Al Khaimah
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A campaign that needs original concept work costs differently from an adaptation of an existing identity.
Formats and sizes
Each additional format needs its own artwork, proofing and approval.
Photography and film
Shoots and edits are planned and quoted by days, locations and people involved.
Production and installation
Signs, boards and print are quoted by size and material after artwork is approved.
Permits and annual fees
Municipality permits for signs and advertising screens carry their own fees and renewals, paid by the advertiser.
Media
Paid placements and platform spend are separate from agency fees.
Ongoing management
Monthly adjustments, new artwork and reports add a retainer if you want them.
What clients say on Google
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
We (Tayn Roastery) have been working with Abcon Branding for the past 4 years for social media management, packaging design, and printing services. Their team has always been professional, creative, and reliable with on-time delivery. We’ve been consistently happy with the quality of work and highly recommend them.
We prepare the artwork and a list of what a permit needs, such as size and the Arabic share. You or your landlord submits the application, and we update artwork if the municipality asks for changes.
Can you produce and install the signs?
Yes. Abjar Signboard Works, part of Abcon Group, produces and installs signs. If your own contractor is preferred, we prepare exact production files.
What should we share before an advertising campaign in Ras Al Khaimah?
Tell us what you are promoting, who you want to reach, where you want ads to appear and any date you are working towards. Send brand files, past advertising, sign dimensions and photographs of the location. Tell us who approves the work.
Do you only do outdoor advertising?
No. We make print, social and digital ads and short films as well, from one idea. We recommend the mix after the first meeting.
How do you work with clients outside Dubai and Sharjah?
We visit you for the first brief, the idea presentation and the installation review. Drafts and approvals move by screen and shared files.
Can you advertise to visitors as well as residents?
Yes. We plan messages in Arabic and English and choose formats by where each audience actually spends time.
Is the advertising fee the same as the production cost?
No. Design and production are quoted separately, and media or permit fees are paid by you directly.
Have you run campaigns in Ras Al Khaimah before?
Our portfolio holds no campaign from the emirate. The pieces above are UAE work, shown only to explain the way we think.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
