Resources

Start with the business.

Build a clear brand brief: what you offer, what needs to change and what useful progress would look like. Take it to your team or to the partner you choose.

This tool does not send or store your answers on our server. Copy or download your brief before leaving. It does not submit an enquiry.

The business challenge

A working name is fine.

Explain what you sell and where the business stands today.

Describe the problem. For example, customers confuse the offer or the brand no longer fits the business.

Describe the decision or change you need. Use a business target only if you have one.

The context

Add what you know. Unanswered questions can form part of the first conversation.

Describe your priority customers, what matters to them and what you already know.

For example, Dubai retail customers and English and Arabic packaging.

Customer feedback, existing materials, sales questions or competitor examples. Leave confidential details out.

Include a real deadline, budget range, approvals, existing assets or production requirements if known.

Areas you want to discuss

Optional. These are conversation starters; the business challenge should determine the scope.

You don’t need all the answers. A few lines about where you want to go is enough to start.
