Clients, candidates and visitors meet your brand in a physical place long before they read a guideline: the reception wall, the meeting-room door, an exhibition stand or a conference stage. Abcon Branding designs office branding, exhibition stands and event material for businesses in Dubai and across the UAE, from wall graphics, wayfinding and window frosting to stand graphics, badges and merchandise. Because Abcon Group includes Abjar Signboard Works and German Printing Press, much of the signage and print can be produced within the group, so the finished office or stand looks like the approved design.

What office, exhibition and event branding covers
We plan the space around the people moving through it: a visitor looking for reception, a team heading to a meeting, a buyer walking past a stand. The work can include:
01Reception and lobby signage
the logo wall, dimensional letters and lit signs that greet visitors, like the Trusworld reception wall in its original presentation.
02Wall graphics and murals
large-format graphics, brand patterns, values and company timelines for corridors, work areas and pantries, designed for the actual wall sizes.
03Wayfinding and directories
floor directories, directional signs and door signs, so visitors find the right room without asking.
04Meeting-room names
a naming idea for the meeting rooms and the door signs that carry it, a small detail that visitors remember.
05Window frosting and glass manifestation
frosted film with a pattern or the logo for privacy and safety on glass walls and doors, set at the right height.
06Exhibition stands
stand graphics and the brand layout of the space, from backdrops and counters to screen content, prepared to the organiser’s rules and the stand builder’s drawings.
07Conference and event branding
stage backdrops, banners, step-and-repeat walls, screen templates, badges, lanyards and signs for conferences, launches and company events.
08Roll-ups, banners and portable kits
pull-up banners, flags and table covers that a team can carry to the next event and set up in minutes.
09Merchandise and giveaways
caps, T-shirts, tote bags, bottles, notebooks and desk items, like the T-shirt and tote bag in the Gulf Titles presentation.
10Uniforms and staff ID
staff shirts, staff cards and lanyards for reception teams, event staff and stand crews, as in the Truslink Stores and Trusline Distribution presentations.

When a space or an event needs branding
You are moving into a new office.
The fit-out drawings are being finalised, and the signs, graphics and glass need to be specified before the contractor closes the walls.
The office does not look like the brand.
After a rebrand, reception still shows the old logo and the meeting rooms still have printouts taped to the door.
You have an exhibition date.
Organisers set deadlines for graphics, stand approvals and badge names. A stand designed late is usually printed in a hurry.
Each event looks different.
Different suppliers and teams make every banner, badge and backdrop from scratch, and the brand drifts a little with each one.
Visitors keep getting lost.
If people have to ask reception where the meeting room is, the wayfinding is not working.
Merchandise ends up in a drawer.
Giveaways chosen at the last minute rarely get used. Fewer, better items that people keep carry the brand further.
How we work on office, exhibition and event branding
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here.
01
Diagnose
We visit the office or review the floor plans, fit-out drawings and photographs, or, for an event, the organiser’s manual and the stand plan. We note what visitors see first, how they move through the space and what the landlord, the building management or the organiser allows.
02
Architect
We plan the graphics, signs and wayfinding on the actual plans and wall elevations, and show them in place before anything is produced: the reception wall, a corridor, a meeting-room door, the stand seen from the aisle. For events, we design a reusable kit of backdrops, banners, badges and screen templates.
03
Deploy
We prepare production artwork and specifications for every item. Abcon Group’s Abjar Signboard Works can produce and install signage, and German Printing Press can produce printed material. For stand structures, merchandise and other specialist items, we prepare artwork to the supplier’s or stand builder’s specifications and check proofs before production.
04
Compound
When you add a floor, a branch or another event to the calendar, it follows the same system. We keep the master artwork, update directories and door signs as teams move, and refresh the event kit so the next stand starts from what worked at the last one.

Office and event applications from our portfolio
The pieces this service is made of, from our identity work: reception walls, a café wall graphic, a hanging banner, building signage, a desk calendar, staff ID, uniforms and merchandise.
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
Size of the space or stand: a reception wall is a different job from a full floor of graphics, wayfinding and glass, and a shell-scheme stand differs from a custom build.
Number of items: every sign, wall, door, banner and badge adds artwork, checking and installation planning.
Materials and lighting: dimensional letters, lit signs, printed fabric and frosted film each have their own production costs, quoted separately from design.
Site conditions: wall surfaces, heights, access and permitted working hours in the building or venue affect installation.
Approvals: landlord, building management and organiser approvals can add drawings and review rounds.
Merchandise: the items chosen, the quantities and the decoration methods set the merchandise budget, which is separate from design.
Reuse: an event kit designed to travel to several shows needs more planning at the start and less work for each event after.
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
We (Tayn Roastery) have been working with Abcon Branding for the past 4 years for social media management, packaging design, and printing services. Their team has always been professional, creative, and reliable with on-time delivery. We’ve been consistently happy with the quality of work and highly recommend them.
Yes. We design the reception sign, wall graphics, wayfinding and door signs, and Abcon Group’s Abjar Signboard Works can produce and install them, so the finished signs match the approved design. If your fit-out contractor or landlord has a nominated supplier, we prepare the files to their specifications.
When should we start office branding during a fit-out?
As early as you can, ideally while the fit-out drawings are being finalised. Signs, lit letters and glass manifestation can need fixings, power or wall finishes that are much easier to plan before the walls are closed. We agree positions and sizes with your fit-out contractor.
Do you build exhibition stands?
We design the stand graphics and the brand layout of the stand, from the backdrop and counter to the screen content, and prepare the files to the organiser’s rules. The structure is built by a stand contractor, either one you appoint or the organiser’s own for shell-scheme stands, working to the approved design.
Can you brand a conference or company event?
Yes. We design an event identity or apply your brand to the event: stage backdrops, step-and-repeat walls, banners, badges and lanyards, screen templates, signs, agendas and social posts. Printed items can be produced by German Printing Press, and venue rules and the organiser’s deadlines are built into the plan.
Can you design merchandise that people actually keep?
We try to. We start with who will receive it and where they will use it, then choose fewer, better items and design them so the brand is visible without shouting. The Gulf Titles presentation carries one violet system across a badge, a tote bag, a T-shirt and a microphone. Merchandise is made by specialist suppliers to our artwork.
We have just rebranded. Can you update the office?
Yes. We list every place the old brand still appears, from reception and door signs to glass, uniforms and printed material, and plan the replacement in the order visitors see it. Our rebranding page explains how we plan a change of brand.
Do you name meeting rooms?
Yes, if you want to. A theme drawn from the brand, the business or the city gives rooms names people remember, and the door signs become part of the office graphics. We check that the names are easy to say, to spell and to find in your booking calendar.
How long does office or event branding take?
It depends on the scope, so we agree the timeline with you after a first diagnostic conversation, before any work begins, and set it out in the proposal. For a fit-out or an exhibition, the move-in date or the organiser’s deadlines set the end point, so share them in the first conversation.
What should we share before an office or event branding project?
Send floor plans, fit-out drawings or photographs of the space, with wall sizes where you have them, or the organiser’s manual, stand plan and deadlines for an event. Share your brand files and guidelines, tell us who will approve the work and list anything the landlord, building management or organiser requires. Include the dates you are working to and any items you already have, such as banners or uniforms.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
