Presentation design in Ras Al Khaimah.

Slides for investors, buyers and boards that still make sense when forwarded.

Offices in Dubai (Al Qusais) and Sharjah (Muweilah), working across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, and in Oman.

In short

Slides made in Ras Al Khaimah are often opened by someone who never heard the pitch: a financier abroad, a bank officer, a distributor passing the file along. RAKEZ lists India, Pakistan and the United Kingdom as its leading investor origins for 2025, so many files cross borders. Abcon Branding designs slides that hold up with a speaker and without one, covering the narrative, the visual layout, the figures and the reusable files, in English and Arabic. Without an office in the emirate, we work out of Dubai and Sharjah. We visit you for the first conversation and a dry run if you want one, and the building and corrections run online.

What is included

What presentation design includes for a Ras Al Khaimah company

Slides are a short case made with pictures. We help shape the case first, then the pictures. The work can include:

Printed pitch deck pages fanned on a light oak table, drawn with orange and green bars, a donut chart and a rising line, with the Bettergrow logo on the front page.
01

Narrative and slide order

What the audience wonders on arrival, the answer in the first few slides and the evidence after it.

02

Funding and partner decks

A plain account of the business, the market, the model and the request, with figures placed where eyes look.

03

Sales and capability decks

Short sets for buyers and distributors, made of blocks a seller can rearrange for each meeting.

04

Management and board packs

Reporting slides that carry the same measures every time, so movement is obvious.

05

Reusable files

PowerPoint and Keynote layouts with protected brand areas, so colleagues build tidy decks without help.

06

Arabic and English editions

Right-to-left slides built properly, with tables and graphs that flip correctly.

07

Graphs, flow diagrams and pictograms

Numbers redrawn so the point is visible and one consistent set of symbols runs throughout.

08

Speaker notes and a dry run

Prompts for the people on stage and a timed read-through before the day.

09

Rescue and tidy-up

A deck that has grown by accretion cleaned and put back into order.

When it helps

Signs a Ras Al Khaimah company needs better slides

  1. 01

The file travels without its speaker.

Once it lands with a lender or a partner, the slides alone must tell the story.

  2. 02

    The audience sits abroad.

RAKEZ reports India, Pakistan and the United Kingdom as its top sources of new investors in 2025. A file read in those countries cannot lean on local knowledge.

  3. 03

    Colleagues keep their own copies.

Sales, accounts and management each build in a different style, so the company looks scattered.

  4. 04

    The offer is a service.

Service licences were 40% of new RAKEZ companies in 2025, according to RAKEZ. Nobody can see a service, so slides must draw the process.

  5. 05

    Arabic was pasted on afterwards.

A bilingual meeting needs slides that read right-to-left without broken lists.

  6. 06

    Graphs need a commentary.

If the presenter has to explain what a graph means, the graph is the problem.

Process

How we work on presentation design in Ras Al Khaimah

Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We start with who will read the file, what they must decide and what they already know. We read the slides you have and the figures behind them, then meet you to hear the story in your own words.

  2. 02

    Architect

We draft the sequence as headlines only and settle it with you. Next we design the master layouts, in Arabic and English where needed, and show a handful of key slides.

  3. 03

    Deploy

We build the whole deck, redraw the graphs and set up files your team can reuse. If you wish, we rehearse with the people on stage and tighten whatever still confuses a listener.

  4. 04

    Compound

We keep the source files and refresh the deck as figures move or a new audience appears. Reviews run online, with a visit to Ras Al Khaimah for the large occasions.

Cost

What shapes the cost of presentation design in Ras Al Khaimah

We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.

Our guide to what branding costs in Dubai explains how to compare quotes.

How many slides and decks

A ten-slide pitch is smaller than a full capability set and its spin-offs.

Writing the case

Building the argument from nothing takes longer than polishing a clear draft.

Reusable files

A template with protected areas is a separate piece of work.

Graphs and diagrams

Complex data redrawn for clarity needs design and checking.

Languages

An Arabic edition is a separate build with its own proofreading.

Time pressure

A short deadline may need extra hands.

Questions and answers

Can you build a deck from our rough slides?

Yes. We read what you have, settle a sequence and redesign it, asking you for any figure or fact that is missing.

Do you write the content or only lay it out?

Either. If you supply the words we sharpen them, and where you need them written we draft from interviews and notes.

What should we share before a presentation design project in Ras Al Khaimah?

Send your existing slides, logo and brand files, the audience, the decision you want and the date. Add the figures, graphs and photographs, and tell us who presents and who signs off.

Can you make files our team can reuse?

Yes. We build PowerPoint or Keynote layouts with protected brand areas and show your team how to use them.

Do you design Arabic slides?

Yes. Arabic editions are built right-to-left with their own layouts and read through by a native reader.

Will you come to Ras Al Khaimah for a dry run?

Yes, we can attend a rehearsal at your office. Corrections and smaller sessions run on video calls.

Can you handle confidential figures?

Yes. We agree how files are shared and stored before anything sensitive reaches us.

Have you made slides for Ras Al Khaimah companies?

We have none to name. The slides above were made to present our own identity work, and they show our storytelling and layout.

Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?

Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
