Property is bought on trust, often before a single wall is built. A buyer meets a project through its name, a hoarding, a brochure, a website and a sales gallery, and each one has to make the same promise. Abcon Branding builds brands for real estate developers, brokerages, property managers and community operators in Dubai and across the UAE: the developer’s own identity, project and community names, bilingual sales material, signage and the website that gathers enquiries. Our published portfolio comes mostly from holding companies, distribution, retail and food, and this page shows the work from those sectors that uses the same skills.

What real estate and property branding covers
A property brand works on two levels: the company that buyers, tenants and landlords have to trust for years, and each project, which needs its own reason to buy. Depending on the business, the work covers:
01Developer or brokerage positioning
what the company should be known for, from design quality and delivery record to service after handover, and how that differs from the developers and agencies it is compared with.
02Master brand and project brands
how the company name and each project or community name relate: one master brand, projects endorsed by the developer, or projects with names of their own. The decision is made with leadership before design starts.
03Project and community naming
names for towers, villa communities, buildings and phases that say something about the place, read well in English and Arabic and leave room for the next phase.
04Bilingual identity
logos designed in Arabic and English together, so both scripts look equally considered on a hoarding, a brochure cover and a building fascia.
05Launch and off-plan material
brochures, floor-plan books, price-list and payment-plan templates, fact sheets and investor presentations. You supply and approve every figure; we make it clear.
06Hoardings, site boards and outdoor
construction hoardings, site boards, billboards and directional signs that keep the project visible and recognisable while it is being built.
07Sales gallery and show apartment
the brand inside the sales centre: the reception wall, wayfinding, model display graphics, printed take-aways and staff ID.
08Websites and enquiry routes
a developer or brokerage website with project pages, listing layouts and an enquiry route that sends each lead to the right sales team.
09Building and community signage
entrance signs, building names, amenity and wayfinding signs for completed communities, produced through Abcon Group’s Abjar Signboard Works where needed.
10Owner and resident communication
notices, welcome packs, service request forms and the community app or portal, so residents meet the same brand after they move in.

What a property brand has to do
Earn trust before anything is built.
Off-plan buyers commit on the strength of a name, a render and a reputation. The developer’s brand has to look established and accountable from the first hoarding.
Give each project its own reason to buy.
Two towers by the same developer may be aimed at very different buyers. Each needs a name and a look that suits its buyer while still showing who stands behind it.
Read in Arabic and English with equal care.
Buyers, investors and tenants in the UAE come from many countries. A brochure or site board where the Arabic is an afterthought weakens the whole project.
Stay consistent across brokers and portals.
Listings appear on agency websites, property portals and social posts made by many hands. Clear templates and image rules stop a project from looking different everywhere it is sold.
Last beyond the launch.
Hoardings come down, but the community name, the building signs and owner communication carry the brand for years. The system has to be designed for handover, not only for the sales event.
Handle detail without clutter.
Floor plans, payment plans, specifications and legal text all have to appear somewhere. A good layout gives them room without burying the idea that sells the project.
How we work on real estate and property branding
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here.
01
Diagnose
We learn how the business sells: who buys or rents from you, which brokers and channels you rely on, and what buyers ask before they commit. We review the current identity, past launch material, websites, hoardings and listings, and look at the developers or agencies you are compared with in the same areas.
02
Architect
We agree the position and the relationship between the company and its projects, then develop names where they are needed and design the identity in Arabic and English together. Key pieces are shown in context before approval: a hoarding, a brochure spread, a sales gallery wall and the website’s project page.
03
Deploy
We prepare guidelines, brochure and listing templates, outdoor and signage artwork, and the website. Abcon Group includes Abjar Signboard Works, German Printing Press and its own advertising companies, so hoardings, signs, print and launch campaigns can be produced within the group, or we prepare files to your suppliers’ specifications. Permits and approvals for outdoor and site signage are identified in the scope.
04
Compound
Each new project, phase or community follows the architecture already agreed. We name and brand new launches within it, update the sales material as a project moves from off-plan to handover, and keep the website, templates and signage current as the portfolio grows.

Work from other sectors that shows the same skills
Brand systems from our portfolio that carry straight into property: an emblem that holds up on a building, bilingual lockups, a company profile, a group website and outdoor advertising.
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
Company, project or both: a developer or brokerage identity is a different job from a single project brand, and a company with several launches a year needs a system for both.
Naming: project, community and building names add creative work and screening. Trade mark and registration checks are arranged with your own advisers.
Launch material: brochures, floor-plan books, payment-plan templates, fact sheets and investor presentations each add design and approval time.
Outdoor and signage: hoardings, site boards, billboards and building signs are produced and quoted separately, and depend on size, materials and permits.
Sales gallery: reception walls, display graphics, wayfinding and printed material inside the sales centre add a physical scope to the brand work.
Website and listings: a developer or brokerage website with project pages and listing templates, and whether it needs to connect to your CRM or a property portal feed.
Visuals and content: renders, photography, film and copy in English and Arabic are either planned and quoted as part of the scope or supplied by you.
Very professional work, they choose quality over quantity all the time, creative and innovative , love the fact that they include their own opinions and give me honest feedback, helps with improving business and business development.
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
Have you worked with real estate and development companies?
Yes. Our portfolio includes the company profile for 7 Falcons Investment & Developments, and our holding-company identities are designed to hold up on buildings, hoardings and group websites. Property branding draws on the same work: bilingual names and lockups, company profiles, sales material and outdoor advertising.
Should each project have its own brand, or carry the developer’s name?
It depends on how well buyers know the developer, whether the projects are aimed at different buyers and how many launches are planned. The options run from one master brand, to projects endorsed by the developer, to projects with names of their own. We compare them with you before designing anything. Our brand architecture page explains the choices in more detail.
Can you name our project or community?
Yes. We develop names from the place, the buyer and the idea behind the project, test how they sound and read in English and Arabic, and check that they leave room for later phases. Our screening covers obvious conflicts in the market; formal trade mark and registration checks are arranged with your own advisers.
Can you design hoardings, site boards and sales gallery graphics?
Yes. We design them as part of the identity, sized to the actual site, and Abcon Group’s Abjar Signboard Works can produce the signage. The Trus Holding presentation shows the thinking involved: its emblem is tested on a curved glass building and a container truck before anything is approved. Permits for outdoor and site signage are identified in the scope.
Do you write the brochure and the figures in it?
We plan the brochure, write or edit the descriptive copy with you and design every spread. Prices, payment plans, areas, specifications, completion dates and any permit or registration details come from you and are approved by you before print. We design from the approved text.
Can our property brand work in Arabic and English?
Yes. We design both scripts together so they share weight and character. The Jumanah Foods presentation shows English, Arabic and combined lockups built on one monogram that joins the Latin J and the Arabic Jeem, the kind of system a developer or a community name needs on hoardings, brochures and signs.
Do you build developer and brokerage websites?
Yes. We plan project pages, listing layouts and the enquiry route, then design and build the site and connect its forms to the tools your sales team uses. Bettergrow Holding’s group website is an example of a site that explains several businesses in one place. Our website design page explains how we plan and build a site.
How long does a real estate branding project take?
It depends on whether the work covers the company, a project or both, whether naming is needed and the launch date you are working towards. We agree the timeline with you after a first diagnostic conversation, before any work begins, and set it out in the proposal.
What should we share before a real estate branding project?
Tell us about the company and the project: location, unit types, the buyers or tenants you expect and the launch or handover dates. Share current logos, past brochures, hoarding photographs, renders and floor plans, your website and listing examples, and any master-community guidelines that apply. Tell us who approves the work and which brokers or portals will sell the project.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
