Logistics and shipping branding in Dubai.

One brand from the container yard to the customer’s door.

Offices in Dubai (Al Qusais) and Sharjah (Muweilah), working across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, and in Oman.

A logistics company’s brand travels further than most. It appears on containers stacked at the port, trucks on the highway, the depot gate, a driver’s shirt, a carton on a pallet and the tracking email a customer opens on a phone. Abcon Branding designs identities for shipping, freight, courier, distribution and warehousing businesses in the UAE, and plans the brand for all of those places at once. Our portfolio includes the Trusworld logistics identity, Trusline Distribution, and the Bettergrow food-supply truck and trade website, alongside delivery van liveries for iD Fresh Food and Modern Vending.

What logistics and shipping branding covers

Logistics brands are seen at very different sizes and speeds, by shippers, receivers, drivers and the public. The work is planned for each of them. Depending on the business, it includes:

01Positioning and service structure

what the company should be chosen for, such as reach, speed, reliability, cold chain or specialist handling, and how freight, warehousing and last-mile services are grouped.

02Identity for large and small surfaces

a mark that reads on the side of a container from across a yard and still works on a shipping label, a waybill and an app icon.

03Fleet livery

trucks, trailers, vans and motorbike boxes planned as one fleet, with side, rear and cab layouts for each vehicle type, as in the Bettergrow, Trusworld and iD Fresh Food presentations.

04Containers, cartons and tape

container graphics, branded cartons, tape, pallet labels and stickers that keep the brand visible through the supply chain, like the Trusworld cartons on a pallet.

05Depots, warehouses and offices

gate and building signs, wayfinding inside the warehouse, loading bay markings and reception walls. Abcon Group’s Abjar Signboard Works can produce and install the signs.

06Uniforms and staff ID

uniforms for drivers, couriers and warehouse teams, high-visibility layers, caps and photo ID cards with lanyards, as in the Trusline Distribution presentation.

07Customer notifications

tracking emails, SMS wording, delivery notes, proof-of-delivery screens and the tracking page, written in a clear, calm voice that matches the brand.

08Trade websites and quote routes

a site that shows coverage, services and sectors, with a quote or booking route in view, like the Bettergrow trade website and its UAE coverage map.

09Sales documents

company profiles, capability statements, rate card layouts and tender templates for shippers and procurement teams. You supply the rates and terms.

10Multilingual messaging

English and Arabic, and any other languages your drivers and customers use, laid out so each side of a vehicle and each notification reads naturally.

What a logistics brand has to do

  1. Be read at speed and at distance.

A truck passes in seconds and a container is seen from across a yard. The name, the mark and one message have to land before the vehicle has gone.

  2. Look reliable everywhere.

A shipper trusts a carrier with stock they cannot see. Clean vehicles, matching uniforms and well-made paperwork tell them the operation is under control.

  3. Keep the customer calm.

Most contact with a logistics brand happens while someone is waiting for something. Clear tracking emails and delivery messages reduce anxious calls and make delays easier to accept.

  4. Hold together across a mixed fleet.

Owned trucks, leased vans and subcontracted couriers rarely match. Simple livery rules let each vehicle carry the brand without a custom design every time.

  5. Win trade buyers, not only consumers.

Procurement teams compare carriers on coverage, services and proof. The website and the profile have to answer those questions quickly.

  6. Make the depot part of the brand.

Drivers, suppliers and visitors judge the company by the gate, the loading bay and the reception. These are brand spaces as much as the website is.

How we work on logistics and shipping branding

Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We follow a shipment through the business, from the quote to the final delivery note, and list every place the brand appears along the way. We review the fleet and its vehicle types, the depots, uniforms, labels, cartons, tracking messages and website, and we talk to sales, operations and drivers about what customers ask and complain about.

  2. 02

    Architect

We agree the position and the service structure, then design the identity and test it on the hardest surfaces first: a container side, a truck at speed, a shipping label, a phone notification and a uniform. Livery rules are set for each vehicle type, so a new van or trailer can be wrapped without a fresh design.

  3. 03

    Deploy

We prepare livery artwork to measured vehicle drawings, signage files for each site, uniform and ID specifications, carton and label artwork, notification templates and the website. Abcon Group’s Abjar Signboard Works and German Printing Press can produce signs and print, or we prepare files for your wrap installers and suppliers, and we plan the rollout vehicle by vehicle and site by site.

  4. 04

    Compound

New vehicles, depots, routes and services follow the rules already in place. We extend the livery for new vehicle types, update notifications when services change and keep the website’s coverage and service pages current as the network grows.

What shapes the cost of logistics branding

We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.

  • Size and mix of the fleet: the number of vehicle types shapes the design work, because each type needs its own layouts, while production scales with the total number of vehicles.
  • Containers and equipment: containers, trailers, forklifts and roll cages add surfaces and artwork.
  • Sites: each depot, warehouse and office adds signage drawings, and production and installation are quoted separately.
  • Uniforms and ID: the number of roles and garments, from drivers to warehouse and office staff, sets the specification work.
  • Digital touchpoints: tracking emails, SMS wording, the tracking page and the website each add design and writing time, and may involve your software provider.
  • Rollout pace: changing a whole fleet at once is a different plan from rebranding each vehicle as it is serviced or replaced.
  • Languages: bilingual or multilingual livery and notifications need copy and layout for every language.

Questions and answers

Have you branded logistics companies before?

Yes. Our portfolio includes the Trusworld logistics identity, carried onto containers, a truck, cartons and a reception wall, and Trusline Distribution, with its business cards, staff cards and building fascia. We have also designed the Bettergrow food-supply truck and trade website, and delivery van liveries for iD Fresh Food, Talal Market and Modern Vending.

How do you design livery for a mixed fleet?

We set fixed rules for the logo, colour, message and contact details, then adapt the layout to each vehicle type from measured drawings or photographs. A container truck, a box van and a motorbike box all carry the same brand in a way that suits their shape. Our vehicle branding page explains the process in more detail.

Can you brand containers and cartons as well as vehicles?

Yes. The Trusworld presentation carries one emblem from a shipping container and a truck to cartons on a trolley and a strapped pallet. We prepare artwork to the container, carton or tape supplier’s specifications.

Can you help with tracking emails and delivery messages?

Yes. We write and design the customer messages that matter most, from booking confirmation to out-for-delivery and proof of delivery, in a calm and clear voice. Your software or platform provider implements them; we give them templates and wording that fit their system.

Do you design uniforms for drivers and warehouse teams?

Yes. We specify garments, colours and logo placement for each role, including high-visibility layers where your safety rules call for them, and design photo ID cards and lanyards. The Trusline Distribution presentation shows a staff card in the company blue.

Can Abcon Group produce our depot signage?

Yes. Abcon Group includes Abjar Signboard Works, which can produce and install building, gate and interior signs, and German Printing Press for printed material. Vehicle wraps are produced by your chosen installer or a supplier agreed in the scope.

Do we need a new name to rebrand our fleet?

Rarely. If shippers already know and trust the name, we usually keep it and improve how it is shown. A new name makes sense when the business has outgrown it, merged with another company or moved into services the name does not cover. Our rebranding page explains how we decide.

How long does a logistics branding project take?

It depends on the scope, so we agree the timeline with you after a first diagnostic conversation, before any work begins, and set it out in the proposal.

What should we share before a logistics branding project?

Send a list of vehicle types and numbers, with photographs of each side and any measured drawings. Tell us about your depots, warehouses and offices, the uniforms each role wears, and the tracking, email and SMS messages customers receive today. Share your current logo, website, profile and rate card layouts, the services and regions you cover, and whether you plan to change the fleet all at once or as vehicles are replaced.

Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?

Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
