In short
A company that opens in Ras Al Khaimah is usually one of many new names arriving that year.RAKEZ reports around 19,000 new companies joining its zone in 2025, up 44% on 2024 (the figure is on our UAE statistics page). Abcon Branding helps owners decide what to say, who to say it to and how it should look in Arabic and English. We have no office in Ras Al Khaimah. We work from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our Muweilah office in Sharjah, travel to you for workshops and the reviews that matter, and run everything else online. The work reaches from strategy and identity to signs, stationery and the website, and Abcon Group can produce what needs making.

What is included
What a branding project can cover for a Ras Al Khaimah company
Owners in the emirate come to us at different stages, from a newly licensed firm to a family business that has outgrown its first logo. Depending on the stage, the project can include:
01
A short diagnosis
A conversation with the owner and the people who sell, plus a look at the current name, signs, documents and website, so the brief rests on facts.
02
Positioning and name
The one thing the business wants to be known for, and a check that the name still supports it before it goes on a facade.
03
Logo and Arabic lockups
A mark drawn in English and Arabic together, with stacked, horizontal and single-colour versions for different surfaces.
04
Colour, type and imagery
A palette with exact print and screen values, typefaces that read at a distance and a short note on photography.
05
Stationery and office templates
Letterhead, cards, quotation and invoice layouts, PowerPoint and Word files that every department can use without redesigning them.
06
Shopfront and building signs
Artwork prepared for the municipality permit, with the Arabic share and facade proportion checked at design stage.
07
A company website
A bilingual site that tells a first-time visitor what you do and sends each enquiry to the right person.
08
Guidelines for your suppliers
A compact brand sheet your printer, sign maker and web developer can follow without calling us each time.

When it helps
Signs a Ras Al Khaimah business needs a stronger brand
01
The name is lost in a crowded licence list.
Ras Al Khaimah’s economic department reports 21,938 active licences at the end of 2025. If a customer cannot tell you from a similarly named neighbour, the brand is not doing its job.
02
The business serves buyers abroad.
India, Pakistan and the United Kingdom led new RAKEZ investor origins in 2025, according to RAKEZ. A company selling across borders needs an identity that travels and still respects Arabic.
03
The shopfront sign was made before the brand was.
The municipality asks for Arabic on at least half of a commercial sign. A sign planned afterwards often squeezes one language.
04
Each department makes its own documents.
Quotations, proposals and decks arrive in four slightly different styles. A buyer reads that as a business that is not yet sure of itself.
05
Growth is coming from visitors as well as residents.
The tourism authority reports 1.35 million overnight visitors in 2025 and is working towards more than 3.5 million a year by 2030. Hospitality and retail brands meet people who have never heard of them.
06
The website says one thing and the van says another.
When a company grows by adding vehicles, services and a second language, the promise drifts. One agreed position pulls it back.
Process
How we work on branding agency in Ras Al Khaimah
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We begin with a call, then a workshop at your premises or ours. We talk to the owner, the person who answers enquiries and one or two customers if you can arrange it, and we collect whatever exists: licence name, sign photographs, brochures, website and the companies you are measured against.
02
Architect
We write down the position in plain language and agree it with whoever signs off. Then we draw the identity in Arabic and English together and test it on a facade mock-up, a letterhead, a delivery van and a phone screen before anything is final.
03
Deploy
We prepare the guidelines, the templates and the website. Abcon Group includes Abjar Signboard Works, German Printing Press and its own advertising companies, so signs and print can be made through the group, or we hand your suppliers exact files.
04
Compound
New services, a second location or a fresh product line get added to the same system. We review the work online at agreed points and return in person when a launch or a bigger change deserves a room.

Selected work
Identity work that transfers to Ras Al Khaimah
We have no Ras Al Khaimah client to show, and we will not suggest otherwise. These identities from our portfolio show the kind of system we would build for a company in the emirate.
What shapes the cost of branding in Ras Al Khaimah
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A new licence with nothing designed is a larger task than a trading company with a logo that only needs rethinking.
Research depth
Interviews, competitor review and workshop hours depend on how many people have a say and how many markets you sell into.
Language scope
Arabic designed alongside English takes longer than a single-language mark, and any Arabic copywriting is counted separately.
Number of applications
A logo and a letterhead are a smaller job than signs, vehicles, packaging, uniforms and a website.
Signs and print
Production is quoted by size, material and permit requirements, and is separate from design fees.
Travel and meetings
The number of workshops held in Ras Al Khaimah rather than online changes the plan.
What clients say on Google
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars
Very professional work, they choose quality over quantity all the time, creative and innovative , love the fact that they include their own opinions and give me honest feedback, helps with improving business and business development.
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
No. Our offices are in Al Qusais, Dubai and Muweilah, Sharjah. We come to you for workshops and important reviews, and handle drafts, feedback and approvals through video calls and shared files.
How do meetings work if you are not in the emirate?
The first diagnostic session and the main presentations usually happen in person at your premises. Smaller check-ins run online. We set the schedule in the proposal so nobody is surprised by travel.
Can you help a company that has just taken a RAKEZ licence?
Yes. Many early-stage firms need a name check, a logo, a letterhead, a simple website and a sign in the right order. We stage the work so the first items are ready when you need them.
Will the identity work for a sign that needs a municipality permit?
We design the sign artwork with the published rules in mind: Arabic over at least half of the sign space and a size that stays within 40% of the facade. You or your landlord still apply for the permit.
What should we share before a branding project in Ras Al Khaimah?
Tell us what the business does, who buys from you and which companies customers compare you with. Send the current logo, licence name, photographs of any signs, documents and website, and say who approves the work.
Do you have clients in Ras Al Khaimah?
None that we can name here. Our portfolio shows identities, signs, packaging and websites for UAE businesses, and we describe it as transferable work, not local references.
Can Abcon Group make the signs and print?
Yes. Abjar Signboard Works handles signage and German Printing Press handles print. If you prefer your own suppliers, we prepare production files to their specifications.
Can you brand a business that sells mainly online?
Yes. The share of RAKEZ licences going to e-commerce was 17% of new companies in 2025, according to RAKEZ. We build for the screen first, then adapt to cartons, inserts and any physical premises.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
