In short
A van is a moving sign, seen at junctions, loading bays and gates, and often only for a few seconds.Commercial and general trading made up 33% of new RAKEZ companies in 2025, according to RAKEZ, and firms like that run delivery vans and light trucks as part of daily work. Abcon Branding designs vehicle graphics for fleets in Ras Al Khaimah, from the first message to side, rear and front layouts, in Arabic and English where the business needs both. Our base is Dubai and Sharjah, since we have no office in the emirate. We measure or photograph the vehicles with you, and design and sign-off run online.

What is included
What vehicle branding includes for a Ras Al Khaimah fleet
We start from the vehicle and the route, not the logo. The project usually covers:
01
Message priority
The name, the offer and the contact point arranged so a driver behind can read the first one at once.
02
Side, rear and front layouts
Artwork drawn around doors, handles, seams, windows and any panels that do not take graphics.
03
Bilingual treatment
Arabic and English read in the order your customers expect, without either getting lost in the curve of a panel.
04
Mixed-fleet versions
One visual system resized for vans, pickups, trucks and cars, so a mixed set still looks related.
05
Phone numbers and contact details
Set large enough to read at distance, and tested on a photograph of the vehicle.
06
Colour and material notes
Advice on how the base colour of the vehicle changes the way a graphic reads.
07
Production artwork
Files prepared to the installer’s template, with bleed and panel breaks marked.
08
Order of dressing
A running order for dressing the vans, and a note of who signed off each one for later additions.

When it helps
Signs a Ras Al Khaimah fleet needs vehicle branding
01
The vans are blank.
An unmarked van tells customers and neighbours nothing, and gives up a free advertisement on every journey.
02
No two vehicles match.
Lettering added year by year by different hands leaves a fleet that looks like several companies.
03
The telephone number cannot be read.
Digits set small in a thin face are useless at a roundabout, however clever the rest of the design.
04
The business trades across borders.
Trade firms are a large share of RAKEZ, with commercial and general trading at 33% of new companies in 2025, per RAKEZ. Their vehicles meet many customers who have never seen the logo.
05
Arabic is missing or backwards.
A name that reads in the wrong direction or is sliced by a door edge costs credibility with Arabic-reading customers.
06
A new vehicle is arriving and nobody holds the artwork.
With no original files the fitter has to guess, and the result differs from the last van.
Process
How we work on vehicle branding in Ras Al Khaimah
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We ask which vehicles you run, how they are used and who looks at them. We take pictures and tape measurements, or work from the maker’s outline drawings, and note any rules from an authority or a landlord that affect the artwork.
02
Architect
We settle what each vehicle needs to say, then draw the sides, the back and the front. You see them laid over pictures of your real vans before any film is printed.
03
Deploy
We prepare artwork to the fitter’s specifications and look over a first vehicle if we can. Production and fitting sit apart from design and are quoted through a supplier we agree with you.
04
Compound
When more vehicles arrive, we resize the artwork for each one and keep the originals in order so the newest van matches the oldest.

Selected work
Vehicle work from our portfolio that suits a Ras Al Khaimah fleet
We have not branded vehicles for a Ras Al Khaimah client. These layouts from our portfolio show how we handle message, bilingual text and vehicle shape. They are design examples and do not establish installation or campaign results.
What shapes the cost of vehicle branding in Ras Al Khaimah
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
Very professional work, they choose quality over quantity all the time, creative and innovative , love the fact that they include their own opinions and give me honest feedback, helps with improving business and business development.
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
Can you design from photographs if we cannot send the vehicles to you?
Yes. We work from pictures and the maker’s outline drawings, and measure on site when needed. Seeing the first vehicle in person is best.
Do you install the graphics?
We design and prepare artwork. Installation is quoted separately through a supplier we agree with you, or you can use your own.
What should we share before a vehicle branding project in Ras Al Khaimah?
Tell us the vehicle models and number, how they are used and who sees them. Send your logo and brand files, photographs of each vehicle, the contact details to show and any installer you plan to use.
Can you design for both Arabic and English?
Yes. We plan how each language sits on each panel so door seams and handles do not cut a name in half.
Are there rules for advertising on vehicles?
Rules differ by vehicle type and by who regulates it. We design to your brief, and we ask you to check any requirement with the body that governs your vehicles before the artwork is final.
How do we review designs if we are in Ras Al Khaimah?
We show them on screen on photographs of your vehicles, with a call to discuss. We visit for the first vehicle if you want.
Can you brand a mixed fleet?
Yes. We make one system and adjust it to each vehicle type.
Have you branded vehicles for Ras Al Khaimah firms?
No fleet in the emirate is on our list. The layouts above are UAE examples of how we plan a vehicle.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
