In short
A presentation has to work in a room where people interrupt, skip ahead and decide quickly, and then again as a file someone forwards without you.Abcon Branding designs presentations, pitch and investor decks, sales decks and PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides templates for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, in English, Arabic or both. We start with the storyline and the one point each slide has to make, then design the slides and set up master templates your team can keep using without breaking them.

What is included
What presentation design covers
Some clients need one important deck by a fixed date; others need a system the whole company can use. The work can include:
01
Storyline and slide structure
The order of the argument and the single point of each slide, agreed before design so the deck is built around what the audience must decide.
02
Pitch and investor decks
The problem, the offer, the market, the model, the team and the ask, in an order an investor can follow in a few minutes. You and your advisers supply the figures; we make them readable.
03
Sales and capability decks
The deck your sales team uses with clients, with case studies, services and proof arranged so it can be shortened for a twenty-minute meeting without rebuilding it.
04
Corporate and board presentations
Strategy, results and project updates for boards, partners and government stakeholders, with charts and tables designed to be read from across a room.
05
PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides templates
Master slides, layouts, colours, fonts and placeholders set up properly in your software, so every new deck starts on brand instead of from an old file.
06
Arabic and English decks
Bilingual slides or matching editions, with Arabic set right to left in its own typefaces and layouts adjusted rather than mirrored. Translation is arranged and approved with you.
07
Charts, diagrams and icons
Data charts, process diagrams, maps and organisation charts drawn in the brand style, with the source data kept editable.
08
Event and conference slides
Keynote, panel and exhibition-screen presentations sized for the venue, plus a lighter PDF to share afterwards.
09
Rescue and redesign
An existing deck rebuilt on a clean structure when it has been edited by too many people, keeping the content your team has already approved.

When it helps
Signs your slides are costing you the room
01
The presenter reads the slides aloud.
Bullet walls make people read ahead and stop listening. Each slide should land one idea, with the detail moved to speaker notes or an appendix.
02
Nobody can say what the deck is asking for.
If the audience leaves unsure whether to approve, invest or book a meeting, the storyline is missing its ending.
03
Charts need a minute of explanation.
A chart that shows twelve series at once forces the speaker to narrate it. One highlighted line or bar usually says more.
04
Each sales rep has a different master.
Copies of copies drift: old logos, stretched photos, mismatched fonts. A locked slide master with placeholders stops the drift.
05
The screen at the venue is unknown.
Decks built for a laptop often break on a wide LED wall or a projector. Slide size, contrast and type size should suit the room.
06
A board or investor meeting is booked.
With a date in the diary, a short structural rebuild usually helps more than polishing the slides one by one.
Process
How we work on presentation and PowerPoint design
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We ask who sits in the audience, how long the slot is, whether you present live, online or send the file ahead, and what decision should follow. We read your existing slides and rehearse the current talk track with the presenter to hear where it loses people.
02
Architect
We write the storyline as slide titles first, a one-line headline for every slide, and agree it with you. Then we design six to eight key slides, including a chart, a case study and a section opener, in English and Arabic if needed.
03
Deploy
We build every slide, the speaker notes and an appendix for detail, and set up the slide master with layouts, placeholders, theme colours and fonts. You receive the editable file, a PDF for sharing and a short walkthrough for the people who will present and edit it.
04
Compound
After the pitch or the event we refresh numbers and case studies, add layouts your team asks for, and produce shorter cuts of the deck for follow-up meetings and email.

Selected work
How we present identities to our own clients
Every identity we design is shown to the client as a deck, and the slide order is designed as carefully as the logo. These boards from our portfolio show that presentation craft: a rationale told step by step, a name explained in one slide and bilingual lockups compared side by side.
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
One twenty-slide pitch is a different job from a sales deck, a board deck and a company template designed together.
Storyline and writing
Whether you bring final content, rough notes or only the goal changes how much structuring and writing sits in the scope.
Templates
A full PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides master with many layouts takes more setup than a single designed deck.
Charts and diagrams
Financial charts, process diagrams and maps take more design time than text and photographs.
Languages
An Arabic edition or bilingual slides add translation, Arabic typesetting and a second round of checks.
Deadline
A fixed pitch, tender or event date shapes how the work is staffed and how many review rounds fit in.
What clients say on Google
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
We (Tayn Roastery) have been working with Abcon Branding for the past 4 years for social media management, packaging design, and printing services. Their team has always been professional, creative, and reliable with on-time delivery. We’ve been consistently happy with the quality of work and highly recommend them.
Do you design in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides?
Yes, in whichever your team uses, including 16:9 and wide LED formats for events. Theme colours, fonts and layouts live in the slide master, so nobody has to paste them. If a brand font will not install on every laptop, we pick a matching system font for the editable file and keep the brand font in the PDF.
Can you help with an investor or pitch deck?
Yes. We help shape the story and design the deck: the problem, the offer, the market, how the business makes money, the team and the ask. Figures, projections and claims come from you and your advisers. We make them clear; we do not invent or adjust them.
Can you design presentations in Arabic?
Yes. We design Arabic and English together, either as bilingual slides or as two matching editions. Arabic is set right to left in its own typefaces, and the layouts are adjusted rather than mirrored mechanically. Translation is arranged with a translator you approve, and your team signs off both languages.
Can you redesign an existing deck quickly?
Yes. Tell us the date you need it by. We rewrite the slide titles into a storyline first, redesign the key slides, then roll the look through the rest. If the content is already signed off, the job is mostly restructuring and layout.
Will our team be able to edit the slides?
Yes. That is the point of a proper template. We build master layouts with placeholders, lock what should not move and give a short handover so your team can add slides, swap photographs and update charts without breaking the design.
How long does a presentation design project take?
It depends on the number of slides and decks, the state of the content and the languages. We agree the timeline with you after a first conversation and set it out in the proposal. If there is a fixed pitch, tender or event date, the plan works back from it.
What should we share before a presentation design project?
Send your current decks and brand files, and tell us who the audience is, what you want them to do next, how long you will present for, the software you use, the languages you need and your deadline. Include the figures, case studies and client names you are allowed to show.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
