In short

Corporate identity is what a company looks like when nobody from the design team is in the room: the quotation a clerk sends, the letter signed by a director, the badge on a uniform. In Ras Al Khaimah many firms have founders or investors in several countries, so the same paperwork is read by a bank in one place and a customer in another. Abcon Branding sets up the whole kit once, in English and Arabic, so every department produces the same look. We work from Al Qusais in Dubai and Muweilah in Sharjah and have no office in the emirate, so we visit you for the audit and the handover and do the rest online.

What is included

What corporate identity design includes for a company in Ras Al Khaimah

We start from what your people already send out and build a kit they can use without a designer. The usual contents are:

A Jumanah Foods business card with a gold foil monogram over a patterned card
01

An audit of what exists

Every letter, form, proposal, invoice, sign and email footer collected on one table, so we can see how far apart they have drifted.

02

Core marks and lockups

The logo prepared for letterhead, stamp, email, website and sign, in Arabic, English and combined versions.

03

Letterhead and business cards

Layouts that leave room for a licence number, a second address and a line of Arabic without crowding.

04

Quotation, invoice and form layouts

Documents that customers and finance teams read most, built as editable files with locked brand areas.

05

Office and presentation templates

Word and PowerPoint files with styles already set, so a new hire cannot choose the wrong font.

06

Email signatures

One standard block, tested in the common mail apps, with room for two languages.

07

Uniforms, passes and vehicle marks

Badges, ID cards, polos and a simple vehicle roundel that carry the mark where staff and customers meet.

08

A short rulebook

Plain guidelines for staff and suppliers: what to use, what to avoid and whom to ask.

When it helps

Signs the corporate identity of a Ras Al Khaimah company needs attention

  1. 01

    Two letterheads are in circulation.

A founder’s old file and a newer one both look official. Customers and banks do not know which one is current.

  2. 02

    Quotes arrive in different styles.

Service firms made up 40% of new RAKEZ companies in 2025, according to RAKEZ. For them the proposal is the product, and a messy proposal weakens trust.

  3. 03

    Paperwork goes across borders.

India, Pakistan and the United Kingdom were the top investor origins for RAKEZ in 2025, per RAKEZ. Paper read abroad needs the same polish as paper read locally.

  4. 04

Staff add Arabic as an afterthought.

When Arabic is pasted below English in a different typeface, the document looks translated rather than designed.

  5. 05

The licence name and the trading name differ.

Many firms operate under a name that is not quite the licence name. The identity has to handle both lines without confusion.

  6. 06

There is no template for a new branch.

When a second location opens, someone improvises. A kit that includes sign, card and form layouts for a branch prevents it.

Process

How we work on corporate identity design in Ras Al Khaimah

Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We collect a sample of everything the company sends to people outside it, then sit with the owner and the person who produces most of it. We note who edits what, which tools they use and what keeps going wrong.

  2. 02

    Architect

We design the core system and then each document type, in both languages, showing the owner real examples with your licence details in place. Staff try the Word and PowerPoint files before we finalise them.

  3. 03

    Deploy

We hand over editable templates, an email signature, a short rulebook and print-ready files. Where print or signs are needed, Abcon Group’s German Printing Press and Abjar Signboard Works can produce them, or we pass specifications to your suppliers.

  4. 04

    Compound

When you add a branch, a department or a new service, we extend the kit rather than start again. We check how the templates are being used and tighten any that people have worked around.

Identity systems from our portfolio that suit a Ras Al Khaimah firm

Cost

What shapes the cost of corporate identity in Ras Al Khaimah

We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.

Our guide to what branding costs in Dubai explains how to compare quotes.

Number of documents

A letterhead and card are quick, while a full set of forms, templates and signature files takes longer.

Existing brand

A company with an approved logo needs the system built around it, while a company without one needs the identity first.

Languages

Documents that must exist in Arabic and English double the layout and proofing work.

Editable files

Templates that staff can safely edit need more setup than a flat PDF.

Print and production

Stationery, uniforms and signs are produced and quoted on their own once artwork is approved.

Group structure

Several companies under one parent need a family system with rules for each member.

Questions and answers

Do you visit companies in Ras Al Khaimah for the audit?

Yes. We prefer to sit in your office and see the documents people actually use. The audit and the handover are normally in person, while approvals and training sessions can run on video calls.

Can you design templates our staff can edit?

Yes. We build Word and PowerPoint files with styles and locked areas, so staff change the content without altering the brand. We test them with the people who will use them.

What should we share before a corporate identity project in Ras Al Khaimah?

Send a sample of letters, quotations, invoices, forms and decks you use now, your licence documents and any group branding rules. Tell us how many people create documents and who approves the final look.

Can the identity cover both English and Arabic documents?

Yes. We set both scripts up together, with type sizes and spacing worked out so a bilingual letter or quotation looks planned.

Will you help us with a second branch or sister company?

Yes. We design the system so a branch or a related company can be added with its own name and the same rules.

Can Abcon Group print the stationery?

Yes. German Printing Press, part of Abcon Group, handles print. For uniforms and other items we supply artwork and specifications to your own supplier.

How do you work with investors and owners in different countries?

We run reviews online so decision makers can join from wherever they are. Visits to Ras Al Khaimah are saved for the sessions where being in the room helps.

Have you done corporate identity for Ras Al Khaimah firms before?

We cannot name a client in the emirate. The identities shown here are from our UAE portfolio and are meant to show how we work.

Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?

Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
