Services · Rebranding
Rebranding agency in Dubai.
A rebrand should change how a business is seen and chosen, not only how it looks. Abcon Branding helps established companies in Dubai and across the UAE decide what to keep, what to change and how to move customers, staff and suppliers to the new brand without losing the recognition they have earned. Sometimes that means a new name and identity. Sometimes a sharper position and a careful refresh do more.

What a rebrand can involve
No two rebrands need the same work. These are the parts we plan for, and we recommend only the ones your business needs:
- Brand audit
- everything the brand uses today, and what customers, staff and partners think of it.
- Repositioning
- a clearer answer to who the business is for and why it is the better choice, especially after growth or a change of direction.
- Naming decisions
- keep the name, adjust it or replace it, with the trade-offs laid out.
- A refreshed or new identity
- from a careful update of the current logo to a new identity system.
- Brand architecture
- for groups, how the parent brand and its companies should relate after the change.
- Rollout planning
- the order in which signage, vehicles, packaging, uniforms, the website and documents change, so the switch is managed rather than messy.
- Launch and communication
- how you tell customers, staff and partners, and why the change matters to them.
Signs a rebrand is due
The business has changed and the brand has not.
New services, new markets or a merger can leave the brand describing a company that no longer exists.
You are seen as smaller or cheaper than you are.
When the brand undersells the business, good customers and good hires go elsewhere.
The group looks like unrelated companies.
Different logos and styles across sister companies waste the trust the group has built.
The name causes confusion.
If people mispronounce it, mix you up with a competitor or cannot find you online, the name is costing you.
How we work on rebranding
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here:
- 01
Diagnose
We audit the brand, talk to leadership and, where we can, to customers, to learn what people value and what is getting in the way.
- 02
Architect
We set the new position and decide how far the identity should move, keeping the recognisable parts that still earn their place.
- 03
Deploy
We plan and carry out the rollout across signage, vehicles, packaging, print and digital. Abcon Group’s signage, printing and packaging companies can produce it, so there are fewer handovers to go wrong.
- 04
Compound
After launch we check the new brand is applied consistently and that it is changing how customers respond.

Identity systems rolled out in the real world
A rebrand is judged on buildings, vehicles, stores and packaging, not on a presentation. These systems show the range of places a brand has to work.
What shapes the cost of a rebrand
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most:
- How far the brand moves: a refresh that keeps the name and core logo is a smaller job than a new name and identity.
- How much exists today: every sign, vehicle, uniform, pack and document that must change adds rollout cost, often more than the design itself.
- How many companies are involved: rebranding a group means deciding the structure as well as the look.
- Legal checks: a new name needs trademark and domain checks before it is final.

Questions and answers
Should we rebrand or just refresh?
It depends on what people already value. If customers recognise and trust the current brand, a refresh keeps that and fixes the problems. If the brand is holding the business back, a fuller rebrand is worth it. A full rebrand isn’t always the answer, and we will tell you which we think you need.
Will we lose customers who know our current brand?
Not if the change is planned. We decide what to keep, explain the change to customers and roll it out in a clear order, so people can follow you to the new brand.
Can you handle the new signage and printing?
Yes. Abcon Group includes Abjar Signboard Works, German Printing Press and two packaging companies, so the rollout can be produced within the group.
How long does a rebrand take?
It depends on how far the brand moves and how many touchpoints must change. We agree the timeline with you after a first diagnostic conversation and plan the rollout in stages.
