In short
Visitors usually meet a restaurant, hotel or shop on a screen before they ever walk in, and the tourism authority counts 1.35 million overnight visitors to Ras Al Khaimah in 2025.Abcon Branding’s crew photographs plates, goods, rooms and faces, and films short pieces that follow the same visual direction as our designers. We keep no studio in the emirate. Instead we load the kit and come to your kitchen, showroom, workshop or terrace, then retouch and deliver files online from Dubai and Sharjah. Before any camera comes out we talk through the locations, the light, who opens the doors and whether the venue needs to give written consent.

What is included
What a shoot in Ras Al Khaimah can cover
Each assignment starts from where the pictures will live, whether that is a menu board, a catalogue spread, a booking page or a reel. Typical jobs include:
01
Plates and glasses
Meals and pours styled at the pass, lit softly and framed for printed cartes, ordering apps and feeds.
02
Goods and merchandise
Single items and full ranges, on plain paper backdrops and in everyday settings, for catalogues and shelves.
03
Rooms and buildings
Dining rooms, lobbies, suites, workshops and shopfronts photographed honestly, with the window light left alone where possible.
04
Portraits of staff and owners
Natural, unhurried pictures of the people customers deal with, for about pages and profiles.
05
Short company films
Two or three minutes that show the premises, the work and the people, with a voice or captions in Arabic, English or both.
06
Vertical reels
Clips cut to the upright shape that phones show, with titles and captions added.
07
Animated logos and explainers
Simple motion built from your identity for the start of a film or a screen in reception.
08
Retouching and delivery
Colour correction, cleaning and exports sized for the web, print and each platform.

When it helps
When a Ras Al Khaimah business should hire a crew
01
Menu pictures look grey.
A stew that looks beige on an ordering app loses to the shop next door, however good it tastes.
02
The website borrows stock images.
Strangers can tell, and a page of real rooms and real faces earns more trust than a page of generic smiles.
03
Travellers decide on a small screen.
With visitor numbers climbing towards the emirate’s 2030 ambition of more than 3.5 million a year, according to its tourism authority, more people will judge a place by its photographs.
04
An opening is close.
Press, partners and neighbours expect real images in the first week, and a venue only looks new once.
05
Goods look different in every listing.
Phone snaps taken by different people on different days make one range look like several.
06
Faces are missing.
A company page showing initials in grey circles feels distant beside one with the actual team.
Process
How we work on photography and video in Ras Al Khaimah
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We ask where each picture will be used and what a viewer should feel on seeing it. We list the scenes and sizes you need, and we settle who handles access, parking, props, and any consent that a landlord or venue must sign.
02
Architect
We sketch a shot list and a visual style from your identity, choose a day with good light and prepare styling and props. A recce, in person or by video walk-through, shows us where the sun falls and where the clutter is.
03
Deploy
The crew arrives, works through the list and shoots stills and footage in one visit where possible. We select, retouch, grade and cut, then share a gallery online for you to mark favourites and ask for changes.
04
Compound
As menus turn over and rooms are refurbished, we add to the library with the same look so older and newer pictures sit together. We keep a tidy index of what exists, which saves booking a day for one missing frame.

Selected work
Photography from our portfolio that suits a Ras Al Khaimah brand
Nothing here was shot in the emirate. These frames from our own archive show the look we would aim for with a kitchen, a drinks brand or a leisure client.
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
We (Tayn Roastery) have been working with Abcon Branding for the past 4 years for social media management, packaging design, and printing services. Their team has always been professional, creative, and reliable with on-time delivery. We’ve been consistently happy with the quality of work and highly recommend them.
I worked with them for my new startup. They supported me from my logo branding, product photography, website creation to marketing campaigns. Amazing team. Highly recommended.
Yes. We bring lights and cameras to your kitchen, showroom or workshop. Access, parking and any consent from the venue are settled with you before the day.
Is a permit needed for filming?
It depends on the place and on whether drones or public ground are involved. We ask you to confirm with the landlord or authority concerned, and we shape the shoot around what they say.
What should we share before a photography and video project in Ras Al Khaimah?
Tell us what the pictures are for, where they will appear, how many items or scenes you have in mind and the date. Send your logo and colours, a few examples you like and details of the site, including who can open the doors.
Can you shoot meals and merchandise in the same visit?
Yes. We schedule plates and goods in the order that keeps the light and the styling consistent.
Can you also make a short film?
Yes. We write a simple outline with you, film on the same day if the shoot allows, and cut versions for the web and for screens in the venue.
Do you deliver clips ready for each platform?
Yes. Each cut is exported in the shape and length that its platform expects.
How do we choose from the images?
We send an online gallery and you tick your favourites. We then retouch only those, which keeps the process quick.
Have you photographed for clients in the emirate?
We have no assignment there to show. The pictures above are from our own archive.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
