In short
A company’s identity is tested every day by the documents it sends: quotations, invoices, delivery notes, job cards and emails. The Umm Al Quwain Chamber reported industrial memberships up 15.9% in 2025 and professional memberships up 23.3% (Zawya, reporting WAM), so more firms of both kinds are now putting their name on paper. We design corporate identity systems for these companies from our Sharjah office in Muweilah and visit Umm Al Quwain for the key sessions. We have no office there. The result is a set of templates, rules and artwork that any employee can use, so the firm looks like one organisation from the front desk to the loading bay.

What is included
What a corporate identity system includes
We build the system around the documents and surfaces your business really uses. A typical scope covers:
01
Stationery set
Letterhead, business cards, envelopes, folders and compliments slips, laid out for Arabic, English or both.
02
Commercial documents
Quotation, invoice, purchase order and delivery note templates that keep the legal details clear.
03
Office templates
Word, Excel and PowerPoint files with the fonts, margins and logo placement already set.
04
Email and ID
Signatures, staff ID cards and lanyards that match the rest of the system.
05
Uniforms and workwear
Logo placement and colour for shirts, caps, vests and overalls, prepared for the embroiderer or printer.
06
Signage
Entrance, reception, office door and yard signs, produced through Abjar Signboard Works or prepared for another contractor.
07
Vehicles
A livery that fits vans and trucks, tied back to the same colours and type.
08
A rulebook
A short brand guide that tells a new hire or a printer exactly what to do.

When it helps
Signs your documents are holding the company back
01
Every department has its own letterhead.
Accounts uses one, sales another and the warehouse a third. A buyer receiving all three sees three companies.
02
Quotations look improvised.
Pricing sheets built from scratch in a spreadsheet look unreliable beside a competitor’s clean document. Buyers read the paper before they read the figures.
03
The yard looks different from the office.
A polished reception and an unmarked gate suggest two different owners. Visitors judge you on the first one they see.
04
Uniforms vary by supplier.
Each order from a different embroiderer changes the logo size, the colour or the spelling of the name.
05
Growth in the industrial base.
Industrial memberships rose 15.9% in 2025 according to Zawya reporting WAM. As more manufacturers and workshops register, the ones that look organised are easier for a buyer to trust.
06
Staff keep asking where the logo is.
If people have to message the owner for a file, they will use whatever they find on their phones instead.
Process
How we work on corporate identity design in Umm Al Quwain
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We begin by collecting what your company really sends and shows: scanned quotations, delivery notes, uniforms, the signboard and the vehicles. We ask who creates each document and where the system breaks, then meet at your premises in Umm Al Quwain or in Muweilah to walk through the findings.
02
Architect
We set the logo rules, colours, type and layout grids, then build them into live templates. Documents are designed for real content, including long product lists, Arabic names and tax details, instead of tidy sample text.
03
Deploy
We hand over editable templates, print-ready artwork and the short guide. Print can run through German Printing Press, signs through Abjar Signboard Works, and uniforms and vehicles can be briefed to your own suppliers instead.
04
Compound
When you add a department, a branch or a new service line, we extend the templates to fit and update the guide. A short review each time you reorder print keeps the system from drifting.

Identity systems from our portfolio
No Umm Al Quwain company is among the clients we can name. These projects show a system running from signage to stationery, which is what a corporate identity has to do.
What shapes the cost of a corporate identity in Umm Al Quwain
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A system with five documents is smaller than one covering thirty, in two languages.
Template building
Live Word, Excel and PowerPoint templates take testing and are separate from the print artwork.
Uniforms and vehicles
Each added surface needs its own mock-up, measurements and artwork.
Departments and branches
More users and sites mean more review and a longer guide.
Print and signs
Production is quoted separately, based on quantity, material and installation.
Meetings on site
In-person workshops at your premises add travel to the plan.
What clients say on Google
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars
I worked with them for my new startup. They supported me from my logo branding, product photography, website creation to marketing campaigns. Amazing team. Highly recommended.
Very professional work, they choose quality over quantity all the time, creative and innovative , love the fact that they include their own opinions and give me honest feedback, helps with improving business and business development.
No. A logo is one part. A corporate identity also sets the colours, type, document layouts, uniforms, signs and the rules for using them, so the company looks consistent without constant supervision.
Can you make the templates for our accounts software?
We design the layouts and supply them in editable formats. Connecting a layout to a specific accounting or ERP system is a job for the software vendor, but we give them a clean design to work from.
Can you produce Arabic and English stationery?
Yes. We lay out each item in English, Arabic or both, and check the bilingual versions with you before anything is printed.
Do you also print the stationery?
Print can be produced through German Printing Press, which is part of Abcon Group, or you can take the artwork to your own printer. The proposal states which route applies.
Can we meet in Umm Al Quwain?
Yes. We can run the discovery session and the final presentation at your premises, and use video or the Muweilah office for the rest.
We are a small firm. Do we need a full system?
Not always. We can limit the scope to the documents you use every week and add the rest later. The system is built so it can grow.
What should we share before a corporate identity project in Umm Al Quwain?
Send your logo, the trade licence, samples of quotations, invoices and delivery notes, photos of the signboard, vehicles and uniforms, and the names of the people who create documents. Tell us which items are most urgent.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
