In short
Khaleej Times reports that the Trade Centre zone of Downtown Umm Al Quwain is planned as a 15 million sq ft free zone with its own legal framework.Anyone pitching a partner, a tenant or an investor into a development of that kind will be asked for a deck that explains the business quickly. We design presentations for Umm Al Quwain companies from our Sharjah office in Muweilah, and we meet you at your premises for the storyline session. We have no office in Umm Al Quwain. We begin with what the audience must decide, shape the slides around that, and hand over files your team can edit without breaking the layout.

What is included
What presentation work covers
We work on one important deck or on a whole library of templates:
01
Storyline
The order of the argument, written in short headlines so the deck can be skimmed quickly and presented clearly.
02
Pitch and investor decks
A market, a model, a team and a request, laid out so the person deciding sees the ask early.
03
Sales and capability decks
What you do, who you have done it for and how a buyer starts, with proof placed where it counts.
04
Board and management decks
Regular updates built from tables and charts that are easy to compare.
05
Templates
PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides masters with fonts, colours, layouts and an icon set already in place.
06
Arabic and English versions
Right-to-left layouts and bilingual slides built properly, with the text direction tested.
07
Charts and diagrams
Figures turned into pictures that make a single point each.
08
Rescue and redesign
A heavy existing deck cut back, reordered and restyled without losing the content.

When it helps
Signs your deck is costing you attention
01
Slides read like documents.
Paragraphs and tiny type force the audience to read instead of listen. The speaker loses the room by the third slide.
02
The point arrives late.
If the request, the recommendation or the main number sits on slide twenty, the decision-maker has already stopped paying attention.
03
Every person edits a copy.
Colleagues paste in their own slides and the fonts, margins and logos drift apart. A master template ends that.
04
The Arabic version breaks.
Text direction, bullets and numbers misbehave when an English deck is simply translated. It needs to be built for both.
05
A big project is on the horizon.
The planned 15 million sq ft Trade Centre free zone of Downtown Umm Al Quwain (Khaleej Times) will attract proposals from many companies. A short, clear deck helps yours get read.
06
You present on a screen and send by email.
A deck built for a boardroom does not read well on a phone. We design slides that work in both settings.
Process
How we work on presentation design in Umm Al Quwain
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We begin by asking who will be in the room, what they already know and what you want them to decide. We read your existing decks and note what must stay, and meet at your premises in Umm Al Quwain or online to agree the storyline.
02
Architect
We set out the headlines on a single page before any slide is designed. Once you agree the order, we design the master layouts and two or three key slides, in Arabic and English where needed, and test them on a projector or a phone.
03
Deploy
We build the full deck and the templates, with charts that you can update from your own data. If the deck is paired with print, German Printing Press in Abcon Group can produce the leave-behind.
04
Compound
Decks change with every meeting. We keep the master file current, add new slides in the same style and can rehearse the flow with you before a major presentation.

Selected work
Presentation work that carries to Umm Al Quwain
We have not built a deck for an Umm Al Quwain client. These slides from our portfolio show how we explain an idea in a single frame.
What shapes the cost of a presentation in Umm Al Quwain
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A ten-slide pitch is a different task from a long capability deck.
Writing
If we write or restructure the story, that is scoped on top of the design.
Charts and data
Custom charts and diagrams need preparation and checking against your figures.
Languages
A full Arabic version has to be built as its own layout, not exported.
Templates
A reusable template library takes more work than a single deck.
Speed
The amount of review and the number of people in the approval chain affect the plan.
What clients say on Google
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
We (Tayn Roastery) have been working with Abcon Branding for the past 4 years for social media management, packaging design, and printing services. Their team has always been professional, creative, and reliable with on-time delivery. We’ve been consistently happy with the quality of work and highly recommend them.
Yes. Send what you have. We reorder it, cut it and redesign it so the argument reads clearly, and we ask you about any claim we cannot verify.
Can we edit the deck ourselves afterwards?
Yes. We build editable files with a master template, so you can add slides without breaking the layout.
Do you make decks in Arabic?
Yes. We design Arabic and bilingual decks with proper right-to-left layouts, rather than mirroring an English file.
Which software do you use?
We work in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, depending on what your team and your audience use.
Do you write the content?
We can help structure and tighten the story, but facts, figures and claims come from you and are approved by you.
Can we meet in Umm Al Quwain?
Yes. We can run the storyline session at your premises and review drafts online. The Muweilah office in Sharjah is open to visits.
How do we rehearse the deck?
We can run a read-through on screen with you, timing the awkward slides and marking where to pause. A deck that has been spoken aloud once reads very differently from one that has only been looked at, and a missing sentence is easier to spot there than in front of a room.
What if the room has no projector?
We export a version that works on a tablet, and a printed handout with the same headlines in larger type. A deck that depends on one screen cable is fragile.
What should we share before a presentation design project in Umm Al Quwain?
Send your current deck and logo, the audience and the decision you want, any data and images to be used and the date of the presentation. Tell us who speaks and who approves the slides.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
