In short
For a new or growing business in Umm Al Quwain, the social page is often the first shopfront and sometimes the only one.The chair of the Umm Al Quwain Businesswomen Council reported business licences issued to women rising by up to 53% in 2025 compared with previous years, as Zawya reported from WAM. Many of those businesses will begin in a feed. We plan and design social content for Umm Al Quwain businesses from our Sharjah office in Muweilah, and we visit you for the planning workshop and for shoots that need us there. We have no office in Umm Al Quwain. The content is built from your identity, in the languages your customers read.

What is included
What social media marketing includes
We separate the work into four parts, so you can hire us for all of it or for one:
01
Content planning
A calendar of topics tied to what you sell, the seasons your customers shop in and the questions they ask.
02
Creative development
Designed posts, stories, covers and short videos that use your colours, type and photography.
03
Posting support
Scheduling, captions, hashtags and tagging, in Arabic, English or both.
04
Replies and messages
A short guide for answering comments and direct messages in your voice, plus a route for orders and complaints.
05
Paid boosts
Small promoted-post budgets aimed at the audience you actually serve.
06
Profile set-up
Bio, link, highlights and a pinned post that tell a new visitor what to do.
07
Check and approve
A short report on which posts drew messages or visits, and what the next batch should do.
A concept for a social content studio with a green backdrop and a tripod.
When it helps
Signs your social presence needs a plan
01
Likes but no messages.
People enjoy the post and then scroll on. The post may be missing a price, a place or a button that makes the next step obvious.
02
The feed looks like five businesses.
Different fonts, filters and logos from week to week make the page feel unreliable to someone seeing it for the first time.
03
Messages go unanswered.
A customer who asks a price and hears nothing buys elsewhere. A simple reply guide fixes more than a new post design.
04
A new licence, a first page.
Reported growth in licences issued to women, up to 53% in 2025 (Zawya, reporting WAM), suggests many new businesses are setting up a public presence now. A clear visual system helps one stand apart.
05
Everything is in Arabic or nothing is.
Your customers may read both. Pages that choose one language by accident lose the other half.
06
You post when you remember.
A calendar built in advance turns a chore into a routine and keeps quiet weeks from leaving gaps.
Process
How we work on social media marketing in Umm Al Quwain
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We begin with the profiles you already have, the customers who message you and the questions they repeat. We then look at a few accounts in your trade, so we know what your followers are used to seeing.
02
Architect
We set a content mix, a visual template and a voice for captions. You approve a first batch of designs on a phone-sized view, so the look is right before the calendar is filled.
03
Deploy
We design the posts, write the captions and schedule them, while you keep the passwords and the page ownership. If a post needs a photograph, Abcon Group’s creative team can arrange the shoot, or we work with images you supply.
04
Compound
We look at what customers answered and asked, retire the ideas that did not move anyone and build the next batch from those that did. The template is adjusted when the business adds a product or an offer.

Selected work
Social creative that carries to Umm Al Quwain
We have not run a social account for an Umm Al Quwain client. Three pieces from our portfolio show how an offer, an audience and a brand idea change the layout.
What shapes the cost of social media marketing in Umm Al Quwain
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
Two platforms need roughly twice the formats and posting effort of one.
Posting volume
The number of posts, stories and videos you want each week.
Design and video
Illustrated posts are quicker than edited video or shot-for-purpose photography.
Languages
Arabic and English versions double the copy and checking.
Community replies
Who answers comments and messages, you or us, and how quickly.
Paid support
Boosted posts and adverts have a platform budget that is separate from our fee.
What clients say on Google
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars
We (Tayn Roastery) have been working with Abcon Branding for the past 4 years for social media management, packaging design, and printing services. Their team has always been professional, creative, and reliable with on-time delivery. We’ve been consistently happy with the quality of work and highly recommend them.
I worked with them for my new startup. They supported me from my logo branding, product photography, website creation to marketing campaigns. Amazing team. Highly recommended.
Either. We can design the posts and send them to your team, or schedule them ourselves. You keep the account logins in both cases.
Can you write captions in Arabic and English?
Yes. We write them for the language and the audience, not as a word-for-word translation of each other.
Will you answer messages for us?
We can write a reply guide and answer common questions if that is agreed. Sales conversations and complaints usually stay with you, because you know the stock and the customer.
How many followers will we get?
We cannot promise a number. We focus on messages, visits and enquiries from the people you want, and report those honestly.
Do we need a website as well?
Not always. A clear profile, a map listing and a message button can be enough at the start. We tell you when a website would help.
Can we meet in Umm Al Quwain for the planning?
Yes. We can run the first workshop at your premises, and hold the calendar reviews online. The Muweilah office in Sharjah is open if you prefer to come to us.
What should we share before a social media marketing project in Umm Al Quwain?
Send links to your profiles, your logo and colours, photos of products or work, a list of your products or services, and examples of accounts you like. Tell us who answers messages and who approves posts.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
