In short

A website for an Abu Dhabi company is often read by a procurement team, a partner or a government contact before anyone calls. It has to explain the business quickly in English and Arabic, show proof, and send each enquiry to the person who can answer it. Abcon Branding designs and builds websites for companies in Abu Dhabi from our Dubai and Sharjah offices. We do not have an office in the capital, so we hold the planning workshop at your premises and run the build, review and launch online. Euro Gulf, a facilities company with branches in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, is among the sites we have built.

What is included

What a website project includes for an Abu Dhabi business

Scope depends on whether the site speaks for one company, a group or a project, but most projects include:

The Al Ijaza mobile site on a phone leaning on a red Al Ijaza cup
01

Planning and site structure

A map of the pages and the journeys a buyer, partner or evaluator takes, agreed before any design starts.

02

Arabic and English versions

Pages designed for right-to-left reading with their own typography, not mirrored copies, and a language switch that keeps the reader on the same page.

03

Group and company pages

A structure that explains a parent, its companies and their services without turning the menu into a maze.

04

Capability and project pages

Services, project examples, certifications and downloadable profiles laid out so a tender team can find proof quickly.

05

Enquiry routing

Forms and contact routes that send each message to the right team and branch, whether it is Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Sharjah.

06

Design and development

Responsive pages that load quickly on phones, built in a way your team can maintain.

When it helps

When an Abu Dhabi company needs a new website

  1. 01

The Arabic version is a translation of the old site.

Layouts that were drawn for English break when the text reverses, and the Arabic reads as second best. A separate right-to-left design keeps pages tidy.

  2. 02

A group’s sites do not connect.

Each company has its own site, in a different style, with no route between them. Visitors cannot see the whole group, and the group cannot show proof across its companies.

  3. 03

    Evaluators cannot find proof.

Licences, certifications and project examples are buried or missing. A procurement team scanning for them will move on to the next company.

  4. 04

    Enquiries go to one inbox.

A single contact form means someone has to forward each message by hand. Routing by service and branch gets the request to the right person at once.

  5. 05

The site is slow on a phone.

Heavy images and scripts make pages slow, particularly for visitors who open them on mobile. A lighter build helps people stay long enough to read.

  6. 06

Nobody on the team can update it.

If every change needs a developer, the site slips out of date. A structure your staff can edit keeps projects and news current.

Process

How we work on website design in Abu Dhabi

Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We start with a workshop at your office or online with the people who sell, buy and approve. We review the current site, your competitors’ sites and the questions customers and evaluators ask before they call.

  2. 02

    Architect

We agree the page structure and design the key templates in Arabic and English together. You review them as a clickable prototype before the build starts.

  3. 03

    Deploy

We build, test on phones and common browsers, connect forms and any systems, and launch with redirects from old addresses. Training for your editors happens online.

  4. 04

    Compound

After launch we look at which pages bring enquiries and which stall, then improve them. We can also add pages for new companies, services and projects as the group grows.

Cost

What shapes the cost of a website for an Abu Dhabi business

We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.

Our guide to what branding costs in Dubai explains how to compare quotes.

Number of pages and templates

A small company site and a group portal with many service and project pages are different builds.

Languages

Each language needs its own design checks, content and testing, and Arabic needs right-to-left layouts.

Content

Whether you supply copy, photographs and project details or need them written and shot.

Functions

Enquiry routing, downloads, search, booking and CRM connections each add build work.

Ongoing care

Hosting, updates, security checks and edits after launch are agreed separately.

Questions and answers

Can you build an Arabic and English website for an Abu Dhabi company?

Yes. We design both languages together, with proper right-to-left layouts and typefaces for Arabic. The two versions share a structure, so a visitor can switch language without losing their place.

Will you meet us in Abu Dhabi during the project?

Yes. We usually hold the planning workshop and the final review at your office, and run the design and build reviews online. We confirm the meetings in the proposal.

Have you built websites for companies with Abu Dhabi branches?

Yes. Euro Gulf, a facilities and project solutions company, lists branches in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi on its own website, and we built that site. We also built group and trade sites such as Bettergrow Holding and German Printing Press.

Can the site send enquiries to different branches?

Yes. We can route enquiries by service, location or department, so a message about a project in Abu Dhabi reaches the right team. We agree the routing rules with you at the planning stage.

Can a group show all its companies on one site?

Yes. We structure the site so the parent explains how the companies relate, and each company has its own page or section with its services and proof. Visitors can move between them without losing the sense of one group.

Who edits the website after launch?

Your team can, if we build it that way. We set up the editable parts, train the people who will maintain them and provide a short guide.

What should we share before a website design project in Abu Dhabi?

Share your current site, if there is one, the sites you admire and the competitors you are compared with. Add your logo and brand files, existing profiles and project photographs, details of the systems the site must connect to, and who approves the work.

Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?

Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
