In short
Graphic design in Abu Dhabi has to serve readers who move between Arabic and English in the same hour, on a form, a sign and a screen.Abcon Branding designs brochures, reports, signage, packaging graphics and information material for Abu Dhabi organisations from Dubai and Sharjah. We have no office in the capital, so we meet you there for the first brief and final reviews and handle drafts online. The work follows your brand, and where a brand does not yet have a visual language we build one, so each piece looks related without being identical.

What is included
What our graphic design work covers
Projects for Abu Dhabi clients are usually a mix of:
01
Brochures and catalogues
Product and service brochures organised so a reader finds what they need in moments.
02
Reports and information documents
Annual reports, studies and guides with charts and tables on a grid that keeps long documents clear.
03
Bilingual layouts
Arabic and English pages designed together, with right-to-left structure and matched type.
04
Infographics and diagrams
Data and processes drawn in the brand style, with source figures kept for checking.
05
Visitor and hospitality material
Maps, menus, guides and welcome cards for hotels, venues and attractions, laid out for people meeting the place for the first time.
06
Signs and wayfinding graphics
Layouts for entrances, directories and notices, prepared for fabricators.
07
Forms and notices
Forms, certificates and notices for customers, staff or the public, set out so they are easy to fill in and read in either language.
08
Visual language
The shapes, patterns, colours and image rules that tie a set of pieces together.

When it helps
When Abu Dhabi graphic design needs attention
01
Material looks as if it came from different companies.
In a group or a department-led organisation, each team often commissions its own brochures and notices. A shared visual language and a few templates make the pieces look related.
02
Arabic is squeezed in.
A layout drawn for English leaves little room for Arabic text. A survey by Ipsos and the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre found 71% of Arabs aged 18 to 25 prefer media in Arabic, yet 67% say Arabic content feels outdated; the survey covered ten countries, so treat it as regional.
03
Reports are hard to scan.
Material written for a board, a parent group or a regulator often buries its key figures in dense tables. A clear hierarchy lets a busy reader find the headline numbers.
04
Signs and visitor material are hard to read.
Abu Dhabi recorded 26.6 million visitors in 2025, according to the Abu Dhabi Media Office. Directories, menus and notices have to make sense to someone who has never been there and may read neither language fluently.
05
Forms confuse people.
Fields are in the wrong order or too close together, causing errors and queries. A clean layout saves time for staff and visitors.
06
Files are not print-ready.
Colours shift, text is cut off or images are low resolution. Files prepared with the printer avoid costly reprints.
Process
How we work on graphic design in Abu Dhabi
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We look at the material you already use, who reads it and where. We note which pieces hold the brand together and which pull it apart.
02
Architect
We set a visual language and a grid, then design a pilot piece in Arabic and English for approval before the rest.
03
Deploy
We design the full set, prepare artwork for print and screens, and coordinate with German Printing Press or your printer.
04
Compound
We keep templates and files current so later pieces follow the same rules.

Selected work
Graphic design work that carries to Abu Dhabi
Pieces from our portfolio that show a visual language at work across packaging and print. They are samples of method, not Abu Dhabi commissions.
What shapes the cost of a graphic design project in Abu Dhabi
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A single brochure and a full set of linked material are different scopes.
Page count and complexity
Long reports with charts and tables take longer than short leaflets.
Bilingual versions
Arabic and English layouts add design and checking.
Existing brand
Whether a visual language exists or has to be built first.
Print production
Paper, finishes and quantities are quoted by the printer.

What clients say on Google

Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
We (Tayn Roastery) have been working with Abcon Branding for the past 4 years for social media management, packaging design, and printing services. Their team has always been professional, creative, and reliable with on-time delivery. We’ve been consistently happy with the quality of work and highly recommend them.
Will you meet us in Abu Dhabi for graphic design work?
Yes. We meet for the first brief and key reviews and run drafts online. The meetings are listed in the proposal.
Can you design Arabic and English pages together?
Yes. We design both with matched type and layouts, so neither language is treated as an afterthought.
Can you design reports and infographics?
Yes. We lay out reports on a clear grid and draw charts and diagrams in the brand style. You supply and confirm the figures.
How is graphic design different from branding?
Branding decides who you are and how you look as a whole. Graphic design applies that look to documents, signs and screens. If the brand is not set, we may suggest settling that first.
Can you prepare files for print?
Yes. We prepare print-ready files and work with German Printing Press or your own printer to check specifications and proofs.
Can you design signage graphics?
Yes. We prepare layouts and files for fabricators, and Abjar Signboard Works can produce them. We also flag early where an external sign may need a landlord or authority approval.
What should we share before a graphic design project in Abu Dhabi?
Share your brand files, examples of current material, the content to be laid out, and any printer’s specifications. Tell us where each piece is used and who approves it.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
