In short
Abu Dhabi businesses often answer to more people than a typical brand does: a board, a parent group, government partners and customers who read Arabic first.Abcon Branding works with companies in Abu Dhabi from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi, so we come to you for the workshops and reviews that matter and run the rest online. The work covers brand strategy, Arabic and English identities, company profiles and tender documents, packaging, signage and the website, planned as one system and produced through Abcon Group where you need it.

What is included
What we do for businesses in Abu Dhabi
Most of our Abu Dhabi enquiries come from groups, family businesses, developers and companies preparing a launch or a tender. Depending on the brief, the work covers:
01
Brand strategy and positioning
Who the business is for, what it should be known for in the capital and how it differs from the companies it is compared with, agreed with leadership before any design starts.
02
Group and brand architecture
How a holding company, its subsidiaries and its products relate, so a board, a partner or a tender committee can see the whole group at a glance.
03
Arabic and English identities
Logos and lockups designed in both scripts together, so neither looks like a translation, on a building, a business card and an official letter.
04
Company profiles and tender documents
Profiles, capability statements and pre-qualification documents laid out so an evaluator can find each requirement quickly, in English, Arabic or both.
05
Corporate stationery and templates
Letterheads, business cards, PowerPoint and Word templates and email signatures, set up so every department sends out the same brand.
06
Signage and interiors
Reception walls, building and wayfinding signs and office graphics, produced through Abcon Group’s Abjar Signboard Works or prepared to your contractor’s specifications.
07
Packaging and product ranges
Packaging for food, retail and consumer brands, with the Arabic and English information panels planned from the first draft.
08
Websites
A bilingual company or group website with an enquiry route that sends each lead to the right team.
09
Launch and campaign material
Exhibition stands, event graphics, outdoor and social content for a launch, built from the same identity.

When it helps
What an Abu Dhabi brand has to handle
01
A larger room to convince.
Decisions often pass through a board, a parent group and partners as well as customers. The brand has to look established and accountable to all of them, not only to buyers.
02
Arabic that is designed, not translated.
Customers, officials and partners in the capital read Arabic first. An identity where the Arabic is an afterthought weakens everything it appears on.
03
Tenders and pre-qualification.
Many contracts start with a document read by an evaluation committee. A clear company profile and consistent templates make the business easier to shortlist.
04
A growing, changing market.
Abu Dhabi’s population grew 7.5% in 2024 to about 4.14 million, and new economic licences rose 29% in 2025 (sources on our statistics page). New competitors arrive every month, so a clear position matters.
05
Visitors as well as residents.
Abu Dhabi recorded 26.6 million visitors in 2025. Hospitality, retail and leisure brands have to work for people meeting them for the first time.
06
One brand across two emirates.
Many companies sell in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The identity, the website and the sales material have to work the same way in both.
Process
How we work on branding for Abu Dhabi businesses
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We start with a meeting at your office in Abu Dhabi or at ours in Dubai, then speak with the people who decide and the people who sell. We review the current identity, documents, website and signage, and look at the companies you are compared with in the capital.
02
Architect
We agree the position and, for groups, the relationship between the parent and each company. The identity is designed in Arabic and English together and shown in context before approval: a building sign, a company profile spread, a tender cover and the website’s home page.
03
Deploy
We prepare guidelines, templates, the company profile and the website. Abcon Group includes Abjar Signboard Works, German Printing Press and its own advertising companies, so signage, print and launch material can be produced within the group and installed in Abu Dhabi, or we prepare files to your suppliers’ specifications.
04
Compound
As new companies, projects or products are added, we extend the system and keep the templates, website and signage current. Reviews happen online or in person, whichever suits the stage of the work.

Selected work
Work that carries to Abu Dhabi
Holding-company identities, bilingual lockups, company profiles and group websites from our portfolio, the kind of work Abu Dhabi clients ask us for. Euro Gulf, whose website we built, has branches in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
What shapes the cost of a branding project for an Abu Dhabi business
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
One company’s identity is a different job from a parent brand with several subsidiaries that each need their own place in the system.
Strategy depth
How much research, interviews and workshop time the decision needs, and how many people take part in it.
Bilingual scope
How many items need Arabic and English versions, and whether Arabic copywriting is part of the work.
Documents and templates
Company profiles, tender documents, presentations and office templates each add writing, design and approval time.
Signage and print
Building, reception and wayfinding signs and printed material are produced and quoted separately, and depend on size, materials and approvals.
Website
The number of pages and languages, and whether the site connects to your CRM or other systems.

Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi, so we travel to you for workshops and key reviews and hold the rest of the meetings online. We work the same way with clients in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, and Abcon Group also works in Oman.
Will you come to our office in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. The first diagnostic meeting and the main workshops and reviews can happen at your office. Shorter check-ins and draft reviews usually run online. We agree the schedule of meetings in the proposal.
Have you worked with Abu Dhabi companies?
Our portfolio includes the website for Euro Gulf, a facilities and project solutions company whose website lists branches in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Our holding-company identities, bilingual lockups and company profiles, such as Trus Holding and 7 Falcons Investment & Developments, are the kind of work Abu Dhabi groups ask us for.
Can you design our identity in Arabic and English?
Yes. We design both scripts together so they share weight and character. The Jumanah Foods presentation shows English, Arabic and combined lockups built on one monogram that joins the Latin J and the Arabic Jeem.
Can you prepare a company profile or tender document?
Yes. We plan the structure, write or edit the copy with you and design every page, in English, Arabic or both. Figures, certificates, licences and any registration details come from you and are approved by you before anything is submitted.
Can you produce and install signage in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Abcon Group’s Abjar Signboard Works can produce building, reception and wayfinding signs, or we prepare files to your contractor’s specifications. Permits and landlord approvals for external signs are identified in the scope.
How long does a branding project for an Abu Dhabi business take?
It depends on the scope, the number of people involved in approvals and any launch or tender date you are working towards. We agree the timeline with you after a first diagnostic conversation, before any work begins, and set it out in the proposal.
What should we share before a branding project for an Abu Dhabi business?
Tell us what the business does, who it sells to and which companies you are compared with. Share your current logo, company profile, presentations, website and photographs of your signage, any group or parent-company guidelines that apply, and any launch or tender dates. Tell us who approves the work.
