Project scope

  • Brand and packaging system
  • Hot and cold drink applications
  • Food packaging, bags and menus

How the packaging works

The design task

A cafeteria order can involve several different containers. The design task is to make every part feel like it came from the same place while adapting the artwork to each surface.

A common detail across the order

The red-and-cream palette, handwritten name and geometric band recur across the pack family. Each format uses a different proportion of those elements without changing the identity.

Adapt the system to the material

Clear cups, paper bags, cartons and a printed menu have different requirements. The original applications demonstrate how the same artwork can move between transparent, kraft and fully printed surfaces.

What we built

A coordinated packaging family for hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, burgers and meals, with carrier bags, tissues and menu applications.

The boards below are the original design pages from the supplied PDF presentation, including its application mockups.
