In short
A corporate identity is what keeps a company looking like one company. In Sharjah that often means a trading or manufacturing business with a warehouse, a showroom, several vehicles and a pile of paperwork going out under its name every day. We design corporate identities from our Muweilah office: the logo and its Arabic and English lockups, then the letterhead, quotation, invoice, business card, uniform, vehicle livery and site signs that carry it, with templates your team can use without calling a designer. You can bring last month’s documents to the office, and we will show you where the company currently looks like three different businesses and how to pull it back into one.

What is included
What a corporate identity covers for a Sharjah company
The scope follows the way your company actually operates. For a typical Sharjah business with a yard, a fleet or several branches, it includes:
01
Identity audit
A review of everything that carries your name today, from invoices and delivery notes to vehicle sides and the sign at the gate, to find where it is inconsistent.
02
Logo and lockups
The mark drawn for both languages, with versions for dark and light backgrounds and for tight spaces such as stamps and pens.
03
Colour and typography
A palette and typefaces chosen to print reliably on cheap office paper as well as on a good brochure, with Arabic type that matches the Latin.
04
Stationery set
Letterhead, envelopes, business cards, quotations, invoices and delivery notes, laid out so the licence details and bank information sit in the same place every time.
05
Office templates
Word, Excel and PowerPoint templates and email signatures, so staff produce on-brand documents without redesigning them.
06
Uniforms and passes
Polo shirts, caps, overalls, ID cards and visitor passes, adapted for embroidery and printing.
07
Vehicles and site signs
Livery rules for vans and trucks, and signs for the entrance, warehouse, reception and offices.
08
Guidelines for branches and suppliers
A short document that tells branches, printers and sign makers how to apply the identity without asking us each time.
09
Production through the group
Stationery and print through German Printing Press and signage through Abjar Signboard Works, both inside Abcon Group.

When it helps
Signs a Sharjah company needs a proper identity
01
Paperwork that does not match.
The quotation is in one font, the invoice in another and the delivery note has a stretched logo. Customers and bank officers see all of it, and it quietly signals a company that is not in control of the details.
02
Trade and manufacturing at scale.
Wholesale and retail trade was 24% of Sharjah’s GDP in 2023 and manufacturing was 16.7%, based on figures on our UAE statistics page. Companies in those sectors send out a great deal of printed and signed material, so one inconsistent template gets repeated hundreds of times.
03
Buyers from abroad.
The Hamriyah Free Zone and the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone together host more than 15,000 companies from 160 countries, per the figure on our statistics page. A company that sells across borders is judged by its PDF letterhead before anyone visits.
04
More than one branch.
A company with branches in different cities needs the same sign, uniform and document look in each. Euro Gulf, whose website we built, has branches in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, which is a good example of why a written system matters.
05
Staff who improvise.
When there are no templates, every department makes its own. A short set of locked templates stops that without turning anyone into a designer.
06
A logo with no system around it.
A good mark alone does not tell a printer what colour the background should be, or a sign maker how large the clear space is. The system fills in those answers.
Process
How we work on corporate identity design in Sharjah
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We start with an audit of what is in circulation. You bring documents, uniforms, photos of vehicles and signs, and we meet the people who order and approve them. We ask who receives your paperwork and what they need to find on it, then agree the scope in writing.
02
Architect
We design the logo lockups, colours, type and layout rules, then show them as a working set: a filled-in quotation, a badge, a van side and a gate sign. We adjust on that evidence, because a system that looks good in a presentation but fails on a delivery note is not finished.
03
Deploy
We build the templates, write the guidelines and prepare print files. Production can go through German Printing Press and Abjar Signboard Works, or we hand your own suppliers precise specifications. We check first proofs against the artwork.
04
Compound
As the company adds branches, vehicles or subsidiaries, we extend the system and keep the templates current, so the identity survives the people who first set it up.

Selected work
Corporate identity work from our portfolio
Retail, healthcare, media and food identities, each carried from a building to its stationery and beyond. We show the work to explain how a system holds together, not to suggest these companies are in Sharjah.
What shapes the cost of a corporate identity project in Sharjah
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A single office needs fewer applications than a company with a warehouse, a fleet and several branches.
Logo work
Whether the logo is kept, refined or drawn from scratch changes how much design time sits at the start.
Number of applications
Each item on the list, from templates to uniforms and vehicles, needs designing and checking.
Bilingual scope
Documents set in Arabic and English need two layouts that work together, not one translated.
Guidelines
A short one-page rule sheet is much less work than a full manual for branches and suppliers.
Production
Stationery, uniforms, signs and vehicle graphics are quoted by the companies that make them and vary with quantity and materials.

The logo and its versions, colours, typefaces, layout rules and the applications that matter to your business, such as stationery, templates, uniforms, vehicles and signs. We decide the list with you after reviewing what you use now, so you do not pay for items you will never produce.
Can we meet your team in Sharjah to go through our documents?
Yes. Come to our office in Muweilah with a printed set of your invoices, quotations, letters and any photos of your signs and vehicles. It is the fastest way to see where the company looks inconsistent. We can also visit your site if the issue is the signage or vehicles.
We are a manufacturing or trading company. Is this relevant to us?
Very much. Paperwork, delivery notes, vehicles and site signs are where a manufacturer or trader’s identity is seen most. We design for those, not only for the brochure.
Can the same identity work for our branches outside Sharjah?
Yes. Branches in other emirates use the same files, templates and guidelines. For signs, we prepare specifications each branch can give to a local contractor, or Abjar Signboard Works can produce them.
Will you design in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Stationery, signs and uniforms are all designed with both languages in mind, and we choose Arabic typography to match the Latin type rather than adding it later.
Can you make the printed stationery and uniforms too?
We design the artwork and prepare print files. German Printing Press is part of Abcon Group and can print stationery, and we can brief other suppliers for uniforms. We agree in the proposal who makes what.
Do you create a brand guidelines document?
Yes, scaled to the company. Some need a single page of rules for staff and printers. Groups with several branches or subsidiaries need a fuller document. We recommend the right level after the audit.
What should we share before a corporate identity design project in Sharjah?
Send your current logo files, a few recent invoices, quotations and letters, photos of your signs, vehicles and uniforms, and your trade licence details in English and Arabic. Tell us how many branches or companies are involved and who signs off the work.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
