In short
A rebrand is a business decision first and a design job second.Established Sharjah companies come to us because the business has outgrown its look: a trading firm that now does manufacturing, a family business handing over to the next generation, a restaurant adding branches. From our Muweilah office we help you decide what to keep, what to change and in what order, then design the new identity and plan the rollout across signs, vehicles, packaging, print and digital. Rebrands often fail in the rollout rather than the design, so we draw up a schedule that covers every place your name appears. You can come to the office with photos of your current signs and vehicles, and we will map the job together.

What is included
What a rebrand covers for a Sharjah business
Some rebrands are a full change of name and look, others are a careful modernisation. We scope the work around what the business needs to change, usually including:
01
Brand audit
A review of how the brand is seen today by customers, staff and suppliers, and which assets still earn their place.
02
Reasons and goals
What the rebrand must achieve for the business, written down so later decisions can be tested against it.
03
Repositioning
Who the business is for now and how it should be described, which may be different from when it was founded.
04
Naming decisions
Whether to keep, shorten, translate or change the name, including how it should read in Arabic and English.
05
New or refreshed identity
A logo and visual system that keeps what customers recognise and changes what is holding the business back.
06
Brand architecture
How a group, its companies and its products relate, and which name leads where.
07
Rollout plan
A list of every place the brand appears, ordered by priority, with what needs permission, production or notice.
08
Launch communication
How customers, staff and suppliers hear about the change, and what stays the same.

When it helps
When a Sharjah business should consider a rebrand
01
The business changed and the brand did not.
A company that began as a trader and now manufactures, or began in one trade and now covers three, often still carries the name and look of its first business.
02
Growth since the early days.
Sharjah’s population reached 2,135,888 in the Sharjah Census 2025, up 51% across 2015 to 2025, per our UAE statistics page. Businesses that started when the city was much smaller may now be serving customers they never planned for.
03
More competitors in the same trade.
Sharjah issued 4,597 new licences in the first half of 2026 and issued or renewed 38,169 licences in total, according to figures on our statistics page. In a market that active, a dated brand is easy to pass by.
04
Branches that do not match.
Euro Gulf, whose website we built, has branches in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Companies with several sites often discover each one has drifted into its own version of the brand.
05
An identity that cannot be produced well.
If the logo falls apart on a van, a uniform or a small label, the cost of working around it adds up every year.
06
A merger, partnership or new ownership.
When two businesses join or leadership changes, the old identity may say something the company no longer means.
Process
How we work on rebranding in Sharjah
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We start with a conversation and an audit. We ask the owners and the people who sell what customers say and what the business wants to become, review the logo, signs, vehicles, documents and website, and look at competitors nearby. We then agree what must change, what must stay and what success looks like.
02
Architect
We set the new position and decide how far the identity moves. Where recognition is valuable we keep the parts customers know and redraw the rest. We show the new identity on your fascia, vehicle, packaging and documents before approval, so nobody is surprised on launch day.
03
Deploy
We write the rollout plan and carry out the design work for every item. Abcon Group’s Abjar Signboard Works, German Printing Press and packaging companies can produce signs, print and packs, and we check each on proof. We note which external signs may need approvals and build that time into the plan.
04
Compound
After launch we check the new brand is being used consistently across branches and suppliers, correct what slips and extend the system when the business adds new products or sites.

Selected work
Brand rollouts from our portfolio
These are identities carried from the building front to uniforms, stationery and vehicles. They show how a new brand looks when every touchpoint is considered, which is what a rollout plan is for.
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A refresh of an existing identity is lighter than a new name, new position and new visual system.
Research and strategy
How many interviews, audits and workshops are needed before design starts.
Size of the rollout
The number of branches, vehicles, signs and printed items that need changing.
Naming and legal checks
A new name needs checking, and any trade licence or registration changes are handled by you with the relevant authority.
Bilingual scope
An Arabic and English name, lockup and set of documents each need designing and proofing.
Production and installation
Signs, vehicle graphics and printing are quoted by the companies that make them and vary with size and materials.
What clients say on Google
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars
Very professional work, they choose quality over quantity all the time, creative and innovative , love the fact that they include their own opinions and give me honest feedback, helps with improving business and business development.
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
It depends on what is wrong. If customers understand and trust the business but the look is dated, a refresh may be enough. If the business has changed or the position is unclear, the problem is deeper than the logo. We say which it is after the audit.
Can we talk it through with your team in Sharjah?
Yes. Come to Office 501, Rahma Abdullah Building, Muweilah, and call +971 50 837 5841 to arrange a time. Bring photos of your signs and vehicles, your current logo files and your thoughts about what the business should be next.
How do you protect recognition while we change?
We keep what customers already know, such as a colour, a shape or a name, and change what is not working. We also plan how and when customers hear about the change, so it reads as growth and not as a new unknown company.
Do we have to change the name?
Not necessarily. Many businesses keep the name and change the identity and position. If the name is the issue, we look at the options with you, including how it should look in Arabic and English.
Who handles changes to our trade licence or registration?
That is handled by you with the licensing authority. We can tell you what the design work needs and help you plan the order, so the new name is on signs only when it is allowed.
Can you handle new signs and printing?
Yes. Abjar Signboard Works can make the signs and German Printing Press can do the print, both inside Abcon Group. External signs may need landlord or authority approval, which we flag in the plan.
Can you rebrand a company with several branches?
Yes. We write the rollout branch by branch, so every site changes in a planned order and the old and new brands do not sit side by side for longer than necessary.
What should we share before a rebranding project in Sharjah?
Tell us why you are considering it and what the business will look like in a few years. Bring your current logo, signs, vehicles, stationery and website, a list of the places the brand appears and your trade licence name. Tell us who will make the final decision.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
