In short

A deck in Sharjah often has two lives. It is presented in a meeting room, then sent on to a partner, a bank or a procurement team who were never there. We design presentations for Sharjah companies from our Muweilah office: pitch and investor decks, sales and capability decks, board papers and PowerPoint templates, in Arabic, English or both. We start with the storyline and the single decision you want the audience to make, then design slides that carry it without a speaker. You can come to the office to talk through the story, and we will tell you straight away which slides are doing nothing. The finished deck arrives as editable files, with a template so your team can add to it without breaking it.

What is included

What presentation design covers for Sharjah companies

Decks come in many shapes, and the scope depends on who is on the other side of the table. Typically the work covers:

Printed pitch deck pages fanned on a light oak table, drawn with orange and green bars, a donut chart and a rising line, with the Bettergrow logo on the front page.
01

Storyline and slide structure

An agreed order of ideas, one point per slide, so the deck makes its case even when someone skims it.

02

Pitch and investor decks

The problem, the business, the numbers and the ask, laid out for people who see many decks a week.

03

Sales and capability decks

A deck your sales team can adapt for each prospect without redesigning the whole file.

04

Board and management presentations

Results, plans and decisions shown as clear charts and short text, not walls of bullets.

05

Arabic and English decks

Right-to-left and left-to-right layouts built properly, including charts, tables and bullets, not mirrored by hand.

06

Templates

PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides templates with locked styles, so the next deck starts on-brand.

07

Charts and diagrams

Your data redrawn so the point is visible, with icons and diagrams in a consistent style.

08

Rescue and redesign

An existing deck rebuilt in your identity, with the story tightened before the layout is touched.

When it helps

Signs a Sharjah company needs a better deck

  1. 01

    Competing for free zone partners.

Shams, Sharjah’s media and creative free zone, said in September 2026 that it hosts more than 23,000 active companies from 171 nationalities, per our UAE statistics page. A company pitching for partners or clients in that crowd has a short time to be understood.

  2. 02

    Buyers abroad.

Hamriyah Free Zone and the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone together host more than 15,000 companies from 160 countries, according to our statistics page. Decks sent to overseas buyers have to explain a Sharjah business clearly to people who may not know the market.

  3. 03

A deck that was never designed.

Many company decks are a Word document pasted onto slides. The text is small, the charts are screenshots, and nobody is sure which version is current.

  4. 04

    Two languages, two files.

If the Arabic deck is a separate, later copy, the two drift apart. Building both in one structure keeps the numbers and the claims identical.

  5. 05

A deck that depends on the speaker.

If the slides make no sense without the person who built them, the file cannot be forwarded. A good deck still works when read alone.

  6. 06

Every salesperson has their own version.

Without a template, each person edits the master and the brand slowly dissolves. Locked styles and clear placeholders stop that.

Process

How we work on presentation design in Sharjah

Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We begin with who will see the deck, what they already know and what you want them to do. You send the current file and any numbers, and we talk through the story at our Muweilah office or yours. We agree the length, the languages and who approves what.

  2. 02

    Architect

We write the slide-by-slide outline first and agree it before any layout work. Then we design the master slides, the charts and the key pages, and show them in the real file so you can see the finished deck, not a sketch.

  3. 03

    Deploy

We deliver editable files, an exported PDF and a template with instructions. If you need printed copies or a leave-behind, German Printing Press, part of Abcon Group, can produce them.

  4. 04

    Compound

When you have a new pitch, a new quarter or a new product, we update the deck or train your team on the template, so the next one takes hours rather than days.

Cost

What shapes the cost of presentation design in Sharjah

We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.

Our guide to what branding costs in Dubai explains how to compare quotes.

Number of slides

A short pitch deck and a long corporate presentation are very different amounts of work.

Storyline

Writing or restructuring the content takes longer than designing slides for a story that is already clear.

Languages

An Arabic and English deck needs both versions built and checked together.

Charts and data

Redrawing complex data into clear charts takes more time than formatting a table.

Template depth

A few master slides are a small job, while a full template with many layouts and instructions takes longer.

Urgency

Decks needed the same week change how work is scheduled, so we discuss the date before agreeing scope.

Questions and answers

Do you design PowerPoint presentations for Sharjah companies?

Yes. We design in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, and we deliver editable files, not only PDFs, so your team can update the deck. We also build templates for departments that produce their own.

Can we meet in Sharjah to work through the story?

Yes. Our Sharjah office is in Muweilah, on +971 50 837 5841. Bring your current deck, your numbers and the audience’s likely questions. Talking through the order of the argument in person is faster than emailing drafts.

Can you build a deck in Arabic and English together?

Yes. We build right-to-left and left-to-right layouts properly, including charts and tables, and check that numbers match across versions. It is more reliable than translating a finished deck afterwards.

Do you write the content or only design it?

Both are possible. If the story is clear, we design it. If not, we help restructure and edit the text with you. Figures and claims come from you and are approved by you.

Can you redesign a deck we already have?

Yes. We usually tighten the story first, remove what the audience does not need and then rebuild the slides in your identity. The result is often shorter than the original.

Can the deck be printed as a leave-behind?

Yes. We can prepare a printable version, and German Printing Press can print and bind it. A printed version needs different spacing from a screen version, so we design for it.

We pitch to investors and partners. What do they look for?

Usually a clear problem, a business that is easy to explain, evidence and a specific ask. We cannot promise an outcome, but we can make sure the deck does not get in the way of the argument.

What should we share before a presentation design project in Sharjah?

Tell us who the audience is and what you want them to decide. Send the current deck, your logo and brand files, key numbers and any examples of decks you like. Tell us the date it is needed, the languages and who approves.

Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?

Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
