In short

Social media marketing for a Sharjah business is mostly a question of who is scrolling and what they need to see. Your audience may read Arabic, English or another language entirely, and may live around the corner or order from another emirate. From our Muweilah office we build the plan: what each channel is for, what gets posted and when, how posts are designed, how paid reach is added and how the results are reported. The creative comes from the same studio that designs your identity and packaging, so the feed looks like your business. We do not promise followers or sales. We agree measures that matter to the business, then report against them.

What is included

What social media marketing includes for Sharjah brands

We scope it around what the business needs the channels to do, whether that is orders, enquiries, footfall or recruitment. Usually that means:

A hand holding a phone with a green and yellow KuKit story, with a purple Gulf Titles content calendar on a laptop behind.
01

Channel plan

Which platforms are worth your time, what each is for and what will not be done, so effort does not spread thin.

02

Content calendar

A rolling plan of posts, stories and reels tied to your offers, seasons and opening hours, with room for what happens on the day.

03

Bilingual and multilingual content

Arabic and English written natively for each platform, with other languages added where your customers use them.

04

Creative design

Post templates, ad creative and short videos built on your identity, so a team can produce more without drifting off-brand.

05

Photography and short video

Shoots planned for social use: food, products, staff and the premises, cropped for each format.

06

Paid social

Campaign set-up and optimisation on the platforms your customers use, with the media budget paid directly to those platforms.

07

Community and responses

Agreed rules for replying to comments and messages, and who handles an unhappy customer.

08

Reporting and review

A regular summary against agreed measures, and a conversation about what to change.

When it helps

What is particular about social media in Sharjah

  1. 01

    A mixed audience.

Non-citizens make up 89% of Sharjah’s population in the Sharjah Census 2025, per our UAE statistics page. A single-language feed misses a large share of people who might buy from you.

  2. 02

    A large local base.

The Sharjah Census 2025 counted 2,135,888 residents, up 51% across 2015 to 2025. That is a big audience to reach within a short distance, which suits restaurants, clinics, shops and services that depend on nearby customers.

  3. 03

    Many similar sellers.

Sharjah issued 4,597 new licences in the first half of 2026, according to the Sharjah Economic Development Department, and 167 of them were e-commerce. Social feeds fill quickly, so a distinct look and message count for more than frequency.

  4. 04

Restaurants and cafés lead with pictures.

Aghadeer has a restaurant in Al Nahda, Sharjah, and its identity is ours. Food and drink brands depend on photography, pace and a clear offer more than on long copy.

  5. 05

Trade firms need leads, not likes.

Wholesale and retail trade was 24% of Sharjah’s GDP in 2023 per our statistics page. For a trading or services company, social content works best when it points to an enquiry route, not just brand awareness.

  6. 06

Posts made by whoever has time.

Many Sharjah businesses post when someone is free, in whatever style is quickest. Templates and a calendar fix that without making the feed feel stiff.

Process

How we work on social media marketing in Sharjah

Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We start with the business, not the platform: what you sell, who buys it, how they find you now and what a good month looks like. We read your existing accounts and the accounts of competitors, and agree the channels, languages and measures. If you would like to talk it through in person, the Muweilah office is the place.

  2. 02

    Architect

We design the content system: post and story templates, tone of voice, photography style and the rules for replying. We plan the first campaign and show how it will look on each channel before anything is published.

  3. 03

    Deploy

We produce and schedule the content, run paid campaigns where they help, and keep the accounts and ad data in your business’s name, with us added as users. Approvals follow the route you set, so posts do not wait in a queue.

  4. 04

    Compound

Each month we review the results against the agreed measures, drop what is not working and build on what is. The calendar and templates are updated, so the system gets easier to run rather than heavier.

Cost

What shapes the cost of social media marketing in Sharjah

We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.

Our guide to what branding costs in Dubai explains how to compare quotes.

Number of channels

Two well-run platforms need less planning, design and review than five.

Posting rhythm

The number of posts, stories and videos a week sets the design and production workload.

Languages

Producing for Arabic and English, or for further languages, adds copywriting and layout.

Photography and video

Original shoots cost more than designed graphics and stock, but usually look more like you.

Paid media

The media budget goes to the platforms and is separate from our fee, while campaign management is part of the scope.

Reporting depth

A short monthly summary is lighter than a detailed breakdown by campaign and audience.

Questions and answers

Which social platforms do you work on for Sharjah businesses?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X, depending on where your customers are. We would rather run two well than six badly, so we usually start with the channels that match how people find you.

Can we plan the content with your team in person?

Yes. Our Sharjah office is Office 501, Rahma Abdullah Building, Muweilah, and you can call +971 50 837 5841 to arrange a time. Bring your current accounts, your best-selling products and the questions customers ask most.

Can you write posts in Arabic and English, or in other languages?

Yes for Arabic and English, which we write natively for each platform. If your customers also respond to other languages, we will plan which posts need them and how they will be checked before publishing.

Do you manage the ad budget?

We plan and run campaigns, and the media budget is paid to the platforms and kept separate from our fee. The ad accounts and pages should belong to your business, with us added as users.

Do you guarantee followers, leads or sales?

No. Nobody can honestly promise those. We agree what the channels are meant to do for the business, report against those measures on a set schedule and change the plan if it is not working.

We have someone in house who posts. Can you still help?

Yes. Some clients ask for a strategy, templates and a calendar that their own person follows. Others give us one piece, such as paid campaigns or photography, and keep the rest.

How do you work with a restaurant or café in Sharjah?

We plan the content around the menu, the offers and the opening hours, shoot or design the pictures and set up paid posts for the area. We are happy to see the venue first, because the real food and space make better content than stock images.

What should we share before a social media marketing project in Sharjah?

Share the links to your current accounts, your products or services and what sells best, the customers you most want and the offers coming up. Send logo files and any photography you already have, and tell us who approves posts and who answers messages.

Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?

Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
