In short
A rebrand is a change to something already known. In Ajman, many of the businesses that need one are long established. Ajman’s Department of Economic Development renewed 8,777 licences in the first quarter of 2026 alongside 1,617 new ones (from our UAE statistics page), which shows how many established firms keep trading here. Abcon Branding plans rebrands for Ajman businesses from our Sharjah office in Muweilah and our Dubai head office. We have no office in Ajman. We visit to see what the business has built and what customers value, then design and plan the change online. The aim is to keep what people trust and fix what holds the business back.

What is included
What a rebranding project includes
A rebrand can be a polish or a new start. The scope is set after we have looked at what you have, and drawn from this list:
01
A brand audit
A review of your name, logo, signs, vehicles, documents, website and social accounts, and what customers say about them.
02
Keep, change, drop
A plain list of what carries equity and should stay, what is tired and should change and what can go.
03
Positioning
The way you want customers to see you in future, agreed with leadership.
04
Name and logo
A refined or new logo, and, where it is needed, a new name, tested for use in English and Arabic.
05
The new system
Colour, type, pattern, templates and guidelines for the new look.
06
A transition plan
The order in which signs, vehicles, uniforms, stationery, website and listings change, so the old and new do not collide.
07
Announcement material
A short message for customers, staff and suppliers, with graphics for the shop, the website and social platforms.
08
Rollout support
Artwork and checking as each application changes, including signs and print through Abcon Group.

When it helps
Signs an Ajman business needs to rebrand
01
The business has outgrown its name or logo.
A shop that began with one product now sells many, and the old name no longer describes it. The brand should match what you do today.
02
Customers know you but not what you stand for.
Regulars call you by a nickname, and newcomers cannot say what is different. Positioning work fixes that.
03
A merger, a new owner or a new branch.
Two businesses or two generations are sharing one trading name. A rebrand shows how they now fit together.
04
Your materials were added one at a time.
A sign from one era, a van from another and a document from a third. Together they look dated and confusing.
05
You compete with newer businesses.
Ajman’s active licences were up 16% on a year earlier in the first quarter of 2026 (Zawya, reporting WAM). Younger rivals arrive with fresh looks, and an old one has to hold its own.
06
You want to move up a market.
Your service has improved but your look still says the earlier business. The brand should show the quality you now deliver.
Process
How we work on rebranding in Ajman
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We begin by visiting your premises and listening: to you, to your longest-serving staff and, where possible, to customers. We audit every place the brand appears and mark what customers recognise, so we do not throw away anything that earns trust.
02
Architect
We agree the position and decide how far the change should go: refine, refresh or replace. The new identity is shown in context, on a sign, a van, an invoice and a website page, beside the old version, so the step is clear.
03
Deploy
We prepare the guidelines and a transition plan that puts applications in order of importance and cost. Abjar Signboard Works, German Printing Press and Abcon Group’s advertising companies can produce signs, print and announcements.
04
Compound
We keep checking the rollout as pieces change, and update any item that still carries the old look. We can add new applications as the business grows.

Selected work
Rebrands and rollouts from our portfolio that carry to Ajman
We have no Ajman rebrand to show. These identities, from holding, retail, healthcare and trading businesses elsewhere, show how a new look reaches every surface.
What shapes the cost of rebranding for an Ajman business
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A refinement of the existing logo and system is a smaller job than a new name, new positioning and a new identity.
Audit and research
How many customers and staff we speak to and how many touchpoints we review.
Number of applications
The more signs, vehicles, uniforms and documents that must change, the longer the rollout list.
Bilingual scope
English and Arabic versions of every application.
Production
Signs, vehicle graphics, print and uniforms are quoted by their suppliers, and depend on size and materials.
Transition support
How much checking, announcement material and staff briefing you want from us.
What clients say on Google
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars
I worked with them for my new startup. They supported me from my logo branding, product photography, website creation to marketing campaigns. Amazing team. Highly recommended.
Very professional work, they choose quality over quantity all the time, creative and innovative , love the fact that they include their own opinions and give me honest feedback, helps with improving business and business development.
We look at what customers recognise and trust, what holds the business back and what you can afford to change. Then we recommend a refinement, a refresh or a replacement and explain why.
Will we lose our existing customers?
Not if the change is handled with care. We keep what people know, such as a colour, a shape or a name, and announce the change clearly. We cannot promise the effect on sales, but careless change does harm.
Do we have to change everything at once?
No. We set an order for the rollout, usually beginning with items customers see most and those that are cheapest to change. Signs and vehicles can wait for their next renewal.
Can you meet us in Ajman to discuss it?
Yes. We start at your premises, where we can see the signs, vehicles and stock and talk to the staff. Later reviews are mostly online.
Can you keep our name and change the look?
Yes. Many rebrands keep the name and renew the logo, colour and materials. We say honestly if the name itself is the problem.
Can you manage the signs and printing during rollout?
Abjar Signboard Works and German Printing Press, both part of Abcon Group, can produce signs and print, or we prepare files for your suppliers.
Can the new brand work in Arabic and English?
Yes. We design both together and test them across signs, documents and screens, so the new identity is not stronger in one language.
What should we share before a rebranding project in Ajman?
Tell us why you are considering a change and what you want to keep. Share your logo files, examples of signs, vehicles, documents and your website, and any customer feedback.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
