In short
Corporate identity is the everyday toolset that stands behind a logo: headed paper, delivery notes, price lists, job cards, name badges and the stamp on an official reply. These items show a customer, a supplier or an official whether a company is in order. In Ajman one firm may write to ministries in Arabic, price a contract in English and dispatch goods to several emirates. Abcon Branding builds corporate identity systems for Ajman companies from our Sharjah office in Muweilah and our Dubai head office. We have no office in Ajman. We visit to watch how documents and files really travel through the business, then prepare the templates online. You end up with files your own staff can use without ringing us for each small change.

What is included
What a corporate identity kit covers
The scope depends on how many people issue material in the company’s name. It is normally chosen from this list:
01
Headed paper and reply formats
Arabic, English and bilingual versions, set with the correct reading direction, file numbers and a space for the official stamp.
02
Operational forms
Delivery notes, purchase orders, statements and job cards laid out so figures are easy to read and your trade details are always correct.
03
Cards, lanyard tags and site permits
Items for staff, callers and subcontractors, with room for both an Arabic and an English name.
04
Office document models
Word and PowerPoint files with fixed styles, so nobody has to rebuild fonts and colours by hand.
05
Email sign-off blocks
One agreed block for every mailbox, with the logo, titles and phone numbers in the right order.
06
Workwear and vehicle notices
The small printed and stitched items a contractor or service company shows in public.
07
Envelopes, folders and gift sleeves
The pieces that go out with contracts, samples and invoices.
08
Style guide and training
A short guide, a folder of working files and a meeting that shows your team where everything is.
If the logo itself needs redrawing before the stationery is built, start with our logo design service.

When it helps
Signs an Ajman company needs a corporate identity system
01
Three versions of the headed paper are circulating.
Accounts, sales and the yard office each use a different file. A customer holding all three might think they came from different companies.
02
Government and semi-government work is on your list.
Ajman’s Taziz programme for local SMEs gives members priority in bids on a 10% annual allocation of government contracts (UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism). A company that submits tidy, consistent paperwork is easier to shortlist.
03
Arabic replies are keyed into an English file.
Page numbers, columns and sign-off areas land on the opposite side. It looks makeshift, and the fault repeats on every page.
04
Newcomers copy whichever message arrived most recently.
Mistakes travel with the copy, from a retired phone number to an old logo. Fixed models stop that spread.
05
Branches or sister companies look unrelated.
A parent firm and its trading names share nothing but an owner. A clear rule shows how they belong together and where each may differ.
06
The yard notice and the invoice disagree.
A gate board, a lorry door and a statement use different colours and type. Visitors read it as lack of attention.
Process
How we work on corporate identity design in Ajman
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We ask to see everything that left the company recently: replies, invoices, permits, job cards, even pictures of the vehicles. We sit beside the clerks and managers who produce them and note where the look wanders, who may approve changes and which programs each person opens.
02
Architect
We fix the rules for grid, colour, typeface and Arabic and English layout, and try them first on the forms you issue most. For a group of companies we design how the owner’s identity is shared, and show it on a sample reply, a tag and a price list.
03
Deploy
We build the templates inside the programs your staff already open each morning, with styles fixed so they are hard to damage, and give them a short guide. Printing can go through German Printing Press, boards through Abjar Signboard Works, or we pass files to the printers and sign makers you already use.
04
Compound
When a new section, branch or form appears, we extend the system rather than let it wander. We can also hold an online catch-up for whoever looks after the templates.

Selected work
Identity systems from our portfolio that carry to Ajman
We have no corporate identity project for an Ajman company to show. These systems, from retail, healthcare and media clients elsewhere, show how one set of rules reaches a shopfront, workwear and a pile of everyday forms.
What shapes the cost of corporate identity design for an Ajman company
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
Five templates make a different job from thirty, once forms, certificates and notices are counted.
Arabic and bilingual layouts
Each template that needs Arabic, English and a mixed version takes more setting up and more checking.
Group structure
An owner with several trading names needs rules for how they relate, and a sample for each.
Software
Word, PowerPoint, email and accounting programs each have limits of their own, and we build for the ones you use.
Print and signage
Printed stationery, badges, uniforms and boards are produced and quoted separately, by quantity and material.
Handover and training
How many people look after the templates and whether you want a training meeting for them.
What clients say on Google
★★★★★5 out of 5 stars
I worked with them for my new startup. They supported me from my logo branding, product photography, website creation to marketing campaigns. Amazing team. Highly recommended.
Very professional work, they choose quality over quantity all the time, creative and innovative , love the fact that they include their own opinions and give me honest feedback, helps with improving business and business development.
How do you work with a company in Ajman day to day?
We keep one contact on our side and share drafts online. For the first discovery visit and the final handover we come to your office. Between those, a short video call or a message thread usually covers it.
Can you build templates that staff cannot break?
We set styles, fonts and colours inside each file so the common mistakes are blocked, and we write a short guide that explains the few things left to choose. No template is entirely foolproof, but it is far harder to damage than a plain document.
Do you design documents that mix Arabic and English?
Yes. We build Arabic, English and bilingual masters with the correct reading direction, page numbers and columns, and test them with your real text before approval.
Can the identity help with government or tender work?
A consistent, well-ordered identity makes your applications easier to read, but it does not decide a contract. We can lay out capability statements and introductory notes in the same system as the rest of your material.
Do you design staff cards, passes and uniforms?
Yes. We design the artwork and supply it for printing or embroidery. Cards and uniforms can be produced through German Printing Press or by your own suppliers.
We have several companies under one owner. Can they share an identity?
Yes. We design a parent identity and decide with you what each trading name can change and what it must keep, so the group looks related without every company looking the same.
What do we receive at handover?
Working files for every template, a short guide and fonts or advice on fonts. We also go through them with the people who will use them, face to face at your office if you wish.
What should we share before a corporate identity project in Ajman?
Send actual examples of what the company issues: replies, invoices, delivery notes, permits and presentations. Add the logo files, a list of teams or trading names and pictures of your signs and vehicles. Tell us which programs your team uses.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
