In short

A branded vehicle is one of the few advertisements that moves through the whole region while you work. In Al Ain, where producers, contractors, caterers and clinics travel between farms, estates, villas and sites, the van is often the first thing a new customer notices. Abcon Branding designs vehicle livery from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We have no office in Al Ain, so we come to look at the vehicles, take measurements and discuss placement, and we handle design and approvals online. We design the message, the layout in Arabic and English and the artwork for each vehicle type. Production and fitting are quoted separately, through Abcon Group’s signage company or your own installer.

What is included

What vehicle branding covers for an Al Ain fleet

A single delivery car and a mixed fleet of vans and trucks need different amounts of planning. Depending on the vehicles, a project covers:

A close view of the Mednoora logo on a van side panel
01

Message and hierarchy

What must be read at a distance, what can wait until the vehicle is stopped and what can be dropped.

02

Livery layouts

The design drawn to the shape of each body, with doors, handles, windows and panel lines considered.

03

Arabic and English

Each side set to read naturally, with attention to which language faces traffic and how the two relate.

04

Fleet variations

One system adapted to cars, vans, pickups and trucks, so mixed vehicles still look related.

05

Contact details

Phone number, website and QR code placed where they can be seen and read quickly.

06

Production artwork

Scaled files with bleed and cut lines, prepared for the print and fitting shop.

07

Rollout guidance

A short guide on the order of fitting, repairs and replacement, so the fleet stays tidy.

When it helps

Signs that an Al Ain fleet needs consistent branding

  1. 01

Vehicles carry only a phone number.

A name on the door is read in traffic. A small sticker with a number is easy to miss and easy to forget.

  2. 02

    No two vehicles match.

Each was lettered at a different time by a different shop, so the fleet looks like several firms.

  3. 03

The livery is hard to read.

Thin lettering, low contrast or too many messages defeat the point when the vehicle is moving.

  4. 04

    Heat is wearing it out.

Long summers are hard on vinyl and paint, so material choice, finish and replacement planning matter more than the design alone.

  5. 05

    The business is growing.

New economic licences in Al Ain Region rose 29% in 2025, according to the Abu Dhabi Media Office. Growing firms add vehicles, and each new one needs a template.

  6. 06

    Farms and producers deliver widely.

Al Ain Region holds 63% of active agriculture, fisheries and livestock licences in Abu Dhabi emirate, per the Abu Dhabi Media Office, and those businesses spend much of their time on the road.

Process

How we work on vehicle branding in Al Ain

Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We look at your vehicles in person where we can, note their make, size and condition, and ask where they travel and who sees them. We collect your logo files and any existing livery.

  2. 02

    Architect

We draw the livery on accurate outlines, test it for legibility at a distance and show it on each vehicle type. You choose the route and we refine the details.

  3. 03

    Deploy

We prepare production artwork and, if you want, coordinate fitting through Abcon Group’s signage company or your installer. We check proofs against the vehicle before approval.

  4. 04

    Compound

When you buy another vehicle or change a phone number, we update the template and the artwork so the fleet stays in step.

Questions and answers

Can you come to Al Ain to see the vehicles?

Yes. Looking at the actual vehicles helps us plan the layout, and we agree the visit in the proposal. Drafts and approvals run online.

Are you based in Al Ain?

No. We work from Dubai and Sharjah, and we travel to you for vehicle surveys and reviews.

Have you branded fleets for Al Ain companies?

We cannot name an Al Ain fleet, and we do not suggest otherwise. We show vehicles for comparable food and retail businesses.

Do you also fit the graphics?

Design is ours, and production and fitting are quoted separately. Abcon Group’s signage company can produce and fit, or we supply files to your installer.

Will the livery last in the heat?

We cannot promise a lifespan, because it depends on materials, care and use. We choose suitable films and finishes with the installer and set out how and when to replace them.

Can one design work across cars, vans and trucks?

Yes. We design a system that adapts to each body shape, so the fleet looks related even when the vehicles differ.

Do we need permission to advertise on vehicles?

Rules can apply depending on the vehicle and the message. We identify them in the scope, and you remain responsible for any permits.

What should we share before a vehicle branding project in Al Ain?

Share the make, model and number of vehicles, photographs of each side, your logo files, the phone number and website you want shown and the areas you drive. Tell us whether you want us to coordinate fitting.

Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?

Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
