In short
Most of what customers see of a business is graphic design: the menu on the table, the poster at the entrance, the price list, the brochure in the waiting room, the banner outside a school event. In Al Ain, where so many businesses rely on reputation and repeat visitors, tidy and consistent graphics make a small firm look established. Abcon Branding provides graphic design from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We have no office in Al Ain, so we meet you there to see the material in context and handle layouts, revisions and files online. We design in Arabic and English, set type properly in both scripts and prepare artwork that Abcon Group’s German Printing Press or any other printer can use without fixing it.

What is included
What graphic design covers for an Al Ain business
Graphic design is a wide label, so we ask what you actually need printed or posted and for whom. Common requests are:
01

Single sheets and folded pieces that explain a service or an offer.
02
Menus and price lists
Clear layouts for cafes, restaurants and shops, in both languages.
03
Posters and banners
Event, seasonal and promotional graphics sized for the place they will hang.
04
Social and digital graphics
Post layouts, covers and story templates your own team can reuse.
05
Signage graphics
Window vinyl, directional signs and counter displays drawn to fit and ready for production.
06
Reports and forms
Layouts for documents customers must read and fill in.
07
Icons and illustration
Small drawings that explain a process or decorate a space.
08

When it helps
Signs that Al Ain material needs a designer
01
Every handout looks different.
Menus, flyers and posters use different fonts, colours and logo versions. Customers sense that nobody is in charge.
02
Arabic text looks wrong.
Letters are disjointed, punctuation is on the wrong side or the Arabic is crammed under the English. Designed setting is different from pasted text.
03
Printed pieces arrive with problems.
Colours shift, edges are cut off or the logo is blurred. The artwork was not prepared for the printer.
04
Events and tourism bring new material.
Al Ain Region is Arab Capital of Tourism for 2026, according to the Abu Dhabi Media Office. Hotels, shops and attractions need banners and leaflets quickly.
05
The business is growing.
Licences in the region rose 29% in 2025, per the Abu Dhabi Media Office. More customers mean more printed and digital material that must match.
06
Staff make their own layouts.
Well-meaning employees build posters in whatever tool is nearest. Locked templates keep their work on brand.
Process
How we work on graphic design in Al Ain
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We collect the material you already use, look at where each piece is displayed or handed out and ask what the reader must understand in a few seconds.
02
Architect
We set a layout system with fonts, colours, spacing and rules for Arabic and English, then design the first pieces and test them at the real size and on the real surface.
03
Deploy
We deliver print-ready files and editable templates. German Printing Press or your own printer can produce them, and Abjar Signboard Works can handle signage graphics.
04
Compound
As new menus, offers and events appear, we adapt the same system, so your material keeps building one look.

Selected work
Graphic work that carries to Al Ain
These examples come from our portfolio. None is an Al Ain commission. They show graphic systems applied across several items, which is the main job of everyday design.
What shapes the cost of graphic design for an Al Ain business
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A single poster is quick, while a menu, brochure and social set takes longer.
Pages and complexity
A short leaflet is simpler than a long document with tables and charts.
Languages
Each language needs its own typesetting and review.
Illustration and photography
Original drawings or images add time and sourcing.
Templates
Editable files for your staff take more setup than one-off artwork.
Print finishing
Special papers, folds or coatings require extra preparation.
What clients say on Google

Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
Yes. Seeing where the material is displayed, such as the counter, the window or the waiting room, helps us design for the real setting. We agree visits in the proposal.
Do you have a studio in Al Ain?
No. We work from Dubai and Sharjah and meet clients in Al Ain when it adds value. Most proofs and revisions run online.
Have you designed for Al Ain businesses?
We cannot name one, and we will not claim it. We show graphic work from comparable food, retail and service businesses.
Can you design bilingual menus?
Yes. We lay out Arabic and English together, give each language proper space and check that the design still works if prices or items change.
Will you give us editable files?
Yes, where we agree it in the scope. We can supply locked templates so your team changes the text but not the layout.
Can you prepare artwork for our own printer?
Yes. We ask for the printer’s specification and supply files with the correct sizes, bleed and colour settings.
Do the graphics need to follow signage rules?
For signs on buildings, Abu Dhabi’s Commercial Signage Regulations set the type, size and position of permanent commercial signs, including in Al Ain. Interior and temporary graphics are different, and we tell you which rules apply.
What should we share before a graphic design project in Al Ain?
Send your logo files, examples of current material, sizes and quantities, the text you want included in Arabic and English, and where each piece will be used. Tell us who approves and the date you need it by.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
