In short
A good deck helps a person who has ten minutes in a room to be understood. In Al Ain, that person may be a founder at the MZN Hub in Al Ain, where the MZN Hub71 Programme supports 10 to 15 Emirati startups in each three-month cohort, according to Hub71. It may be a grower presenting to a retailer, a clinic manager asking a board for approval, or a sales lead meeting a hotel buyer. Abcon Branding designs presentations from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We have no office in Al Ain, so we come to you for the storyline workshop and rehearsal and handle drafts and edits online. We work out the argument first, design the slides second and deliver a file your team can edit without breaking it.

What is included
What presentation design covers for an Al Ain client
A ten-slide pitch and a hundred-slide board pack are not the same job. We scope from the audience and the moment. A project often includes:
01
Storyline workshop
What the audience needs to believe by the end, and the order of points that gets them there.
02
Slide structure
A plan of every slide, with one message each, before any design starts.
03
Pitch decks for backers
Clear explanations of the problem, the product, the market and the ask, for programme panels, backers and partners.
04
Sales and capability decks
Presentations that help a purchaser see what you do and why you are a safe choice.
05
Board and management decks
Readable summaries, tables and decisions for people who see many papers.
06
Arabic and English versions
Each language laid out as itself, with the correct text direction, rather than as a mirror image.
07
Charts and diagrams
Figures re-plotted so the point stands out without a speech.
08
Templates and handover
Master slides, a short guide and a walkthrough for your team.
09
A leave-behind
A short summary a listener can keep, written to make sense once the room is empty and the speaker has gone.

When it helps
When an Al Ain person needs a designed presentation
01
A pitch is coming up.
Startup programmes and investor meetings move quickly. A weak deck can lose a good idea in the first two slides.
02
The slides are walls of text.
If the speaker reads the slide aloud, the audience stops listening. Fewer words and plainer visuals help.
03
The Arabic slides were dropped in.
Right-to-left text scrambles list markers, numbers and charts when it is dropped into an English template. It needs to be built correctly.
04
Many versions exist.
Each rep copies the last deck and adds their own changes. A master with locked elements keeps everyone on message.
05
Buyers are becoming more varied.
Al Ain Region welcomed 473,100 hotel guests in 2025, up 9%, according to the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi. Hospitality and tourism suppliers are presenting to more kinds of buyer.
06
Competitors are catching up.
New economic licences in the region rose 29% in 2025, per the Abu Dhabi Media Office. More businesses are presenting to the same buyers.
Process
How we work on presentation design in Al Ain
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We ask who will sit in the room, what they already know and what they must decide. We collect existing slides, documents and numbers and list the questions they are likely to ask.
02
Architect
We write the storyline and slide plan with you, then design the deck with Arabic and English handled properly. You review the whole story before we polish the slides.
03
Deploy
We deliver the final file, a short version for sending ahead and the templates your team needs. We can run a rehearsal in Al Ain so the people presenting are comfortable.
04
Compound
After the meeting we adjust the deck from what you learned, and we keep the template up to date as the business changes.

Selected work
Presentation work that carries to Al Ain
These boards and slides are from our portfolio. None was made for an Al Ain presenter. They show how we explain an idea step by step, which is the same craft that a pitch needs.
What shapes the cost of presentation design for an Al Ain client
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
A brief pitch is lighter work than a lengthy sales deck or board pack.
Storyline help
Whether we write and structure the argument or you bring a finished script.
Languages
Arabic and English versions each need layout and review.
Data and charts
Redrawing tables and figures takes time, especially if the numbers change.
Templates
Master slides you can use again take more setup than a one-off deck.

Speaker support

Yes. We can hold the storyline workshop and a rehearsal at your premises or in a meeting room in Al Ain. Slide edits then run online, which suits a tight deadline.
Are you based in Al Ain?
No. Our offices are in Dubai and Sharjah. We come to Al Ain for the sessions that matter most.
Have you designed presentations for Al Ain organisations?
We cannot name one, and we will not claim it. We show decks and boards made for other companies and explain how the approach carries over.
Can you design for a startup programme pitch?
Yes. We build the story, the slides and the Arabic and English versions. We cannot promise an outcome, because that depends on the idea and the audience, but we can make the idea clear.
Can you produce Arabic and English versions?
Yes. We build both languages in the same file or as paired files, with proper right-to-left layout in the Arabic.
Will we be able to edit the deck ourselves?
Yes. We build on master slides and give you a short guide so your team can change content without breaking the design.
Can you work from an existing PowerPoint?
Yes. We can rescue a deck by restructuring it, cutting the text and redrawing the charts, and then rebuild it on a clean template.
Can you help us rehearse?
Yes. We time a run-through, mark where to pause and trim the slides that were never going to be discussed, so the speaker finishes calmly with the decision still open.
What should we share before a presentation design project in Al Ain?
Send your current slides or notes, the audience and date, the numbers you plan to show and any logo and brand files. Tell us how long you will speak and who decides.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
