In short
Corporate identity is what happens after the logo: the letter a customer opens, the quotation a manager sends, the badge a technician wears and the sign on the building. For Al Ain companies that now have several staff, branches or suppliers, the problem is usually inconsistency rather than lack of a logo. Abcon Branding handles corporate identity from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Al Ain, so we come to you for the audit and the handover session and handle the drawing and reviews online. We build a complete set of Arabic and English templates, a clear guide and production files, so a new employee can send a correct document on their first day without asking for permission.

What is included
What corporate identity design covers for an Al Ain company
The scope depends on how much already exists. A company with a good logo and chaos around it needs different work from one with neither. Typical elements are:
01
An audit of what is out there
A sweep of documents, signs, uniforms, vehicles and online profiles to see how many versions of the company exist.
02
Core identity elements
Logo versions, colour palette, typefaces for Arabic and English, and a graphic language that goes beyond the mark.
03
Office templates
Letterhead, invoice, quotation, certificate, business card, email signature and slide and document layouts that people can edit safely.
04
Staff-facing items
ID cards, uniforms, name badges and meeting-room materials.
05
Branch and department rules
How a second site, a division or a subsidiary is named and shown without creating a rival brand.
06
Signage and vehicle guidance
How the identity is applied to building, reception and fleet, in line with the emirate’s signage regulations.
07
A guideline document
A practical guide, not a coffee-table book, that supplier and staff can follow.
08
Handover
A session in which we walk your team through the system and show how to use the templates.

When it helps
When an Al Ain company’s identity needs organising
01
Every department has its own letterhead.
Someone copied an old file, changed a phone number and kept going. Customers see five versions of the same company.
02
Documents look different from the signs.
The building says one thing and the quotation says another. A visitor who sees both begins to doubt the care behind the business.
03
The firm is growing faster than its look.
The Al Ain Region had nearly 1 million residents in 2024, according to Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi, and new licences rose 29% in 2025. Companies there are hiring, opening branches and winning bigger customers.
04
Bids and quotations go to formal buyers.
Schools, hospitals and public bodies compare paperwork before they compare prices. Neat, consistent documents make the company easier to trust.
05
The Arabic side has been neglected.
Arabic letterheads were made last, from a different font, and look pasted on. This is easy to fix once the type system is chosen properly.
06
Suppliers keep asking for the right logo file.
If your printer, signmaker and web agency each have a different one, the identity lives in someone’s inbox rather than in a system.
Process
How we work on corporate identity design in Al Ain
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We gather as many live examples as we can, from invoices to uniforms to photographs of the premises, and map which version of the company each one shows. We also ask who must sign off on rules and who will enforce them.
02
Architect
We design the core elements in both scripts, then build the daily tools around them: documents, forms, badges, slide layouts. We test them with the people who will actually use them, not just with the owner.
03
Deploy
We deliver the templates, the guide and the production files, then run a handover session. Abcon Group’s German Printing Press and Abjar Signboard Works can produce stationery and signs, or we pass files to your suppliers.
04
Compound
As new branches, services and staff appear, we update the templates and answer questions about edge cases, so the identity does not decay.

Selected work
Corporate identity work that carries to Al Ain
We have no Al Ain corporate client to show, so these are projects from our wider portfolio. Each one is chosen because it shows an identity applied across many different things rather than just a logo.
What shapes the cost of corporate identity design for an Al Ain company
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
Very professional work, they choose quality over quantity all the time, creative and innovative , love the fact that they include their own opinions and give me honest feedback, helps with improving business and business development.
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
Yes. A visit to see the premises, signs and vehicles is the most useful way to begin, and we do it in person. After that, most drafts and reviews run online.
Do you keep a team in Al Ain?
No. Our offices are in Dubai and Sharjah. We make that clear so you can plan for visits rather than assume we are down the road.
Do you have corporate identity examples from Al Ain?
Not from Al Ain, and we will not suggest otherwise. Our portfolio includes identities for retail, healthcare, media and holding companies elsewhere in the UAE, and the principles carry over.
Can staff edit the templates themselves?
Yes. We build them in the tools your team already uses, with locked elements where a mistake would be costly, so people can fill in the details without breaking the layout.
Can the templates handle Arabic and English properly?
They are designed for both scripts from the start, including text direction, number formats and alignment, rather than being an English page with Arabic tacked on.
Will the identity cover our signs and vehicles?
The guide shows how the identity applies to buildings, reception areas and fleet. Abu Dhabi’s Commercial Signage Regulations set the type, size and position of permanent commercial signs, including in Al Ain, so we allow for that and flag any permit requirements.
Can you manage the roll-out as well?
We can plan the order in which things are replaced so the cost is spread sensibly, and Abcon Group can produce signs and print. You decide how much of the roll-out we take on.
What should we share before a corporate identity design project in Al Ain?
Send your current logo files, examples of documents, forms and uniforms in use, photographs of signs and vehicles, and a list of departments and branches. Tell us who approves and who maintains the brand day to day.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
