In short
A corporate identity is the part of a brand that people meet every day: the quotation, the delivery note, the email signature, the site gate, the truck. For companies in Fujairah, that often means documents that travel to customs agents, port operators, suppliers and customers abroad, and signage seen by crews and drivers. Abcon Branding designs corporate identity systems for Fujairah businesses from Dubai and Sharjah. We have no office in Fujairah, so we visit for the audit and the sign-off and handle the rest by video and shared files. The result is a set of templates and rules your own staff can use without us.

What is included
What a corporate identity system covers
Corporate identity is wider than a logo. For a Fujairah company, the system usually covers: We pay particular attention to documents that cross borders, such as quotations to foreign buyers, since they are often photographed, scanned or forwarded as attachments.
01
An audit of what you use now
Every form, card, sign and screen that carries the name, collected and compared so the gaps are visible.
02
Document templates
Letterhead, quotation, invoice, delivery note and purchase order, built so staff fill in the blanks and nothing else shifts.
03
Email and digital
Signatures, a slide master, a Word template and social profile images that match.
04
ID and access items
Staff cards, visitor passes and uniforms, where people are checked in at a gate or a terminal.
05
Premises graphics
Reception wall, door, warehouse and yard signs, specified for your contractor or produced by Abjar Signboard Works.
06
Vehicle rules
A livery that suits a pickup, a van and a larger truck, with placements and colours written down.
07
Stamps and seals
The bilingual company stamp laid out so it reads clearly when pressed on paper.
08
A handover pack
Guidelines and master files, plus a short session with whoever looks after printing.

When it helps
Signs your corporate identity needs attention
01
Every department sends a different quotation.
If sales, accounts and the warehouse each use their own layout, customers cannot tell which is the official one.
02
Documents travel further than the logo does.
A paper that goes to an agent or a foreign buyer is sometimes the only impression they get. It should look deliberate.
03
The Arabic block is crowded.
Many forms squeeze both languages into one corner. A better layout gives each script proper room.
04
Vehicles do not match the premises.
A fleet in one colour and a building sign in another suggests two companies.
05
A new branch or division has appeared.
The trade licence count in Fujairah reached 14,135 in 2025, per the Fujairah Statistics Centre as reported by Gulf News. Growing firms need a system that stretches to new units.
06
Nobody knows which file is current.
When staff pull the logo from an old email, versions multiply. A shared pack ends that.
Process
How we work on corporate identity design in Fujairah
Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.
01
Diagnose
We walk through the business collecting what exists: documents, signs, vehicles, uniforms and screens. We note which are used most and which are seen by customers, officials and partners.
02
Architect
We design the core identity if one is missing, then lay out each template in Arabic and English. We show a quotation, an invoice, a vehicle and a gate sign together so you can judge the system as a whole.
03
Deploy
We build the templates in the software your staff use, supply the guidelines and brief printers or sign makers. Abcon Group can produce print and signs, or we match your suppliers’ requirements.
04
Compound
We check a few real documents after launch and adjust any template that is not working in practice. When new branches or products appear, we extend the system rather than add a one-off.

Identity systems from our portfolio
These projects show identities applied across many surfaces. They are not Fujairah clients, but they reflect how we organise a system for a trading or service business.
We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.
Very professional work, they choose quality over quantity all the time, creative and innovative , love the fact that they include their own opinions and give me honest feedback, helps with improving business and business development.
Absolutely amazing experience working with this team. Their creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of branding is on another level. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their brand presence.👍👍
What is the difference between a logo and a corporate identity?
A logo is one element. A corporate identity includes the colours, type, layouts and rules that make every document, sign and vehicle look related, and the templates that keep it that way.
Can you set up our templates so staff can use them?
Yes. We build templates in the tools your team already use and test them with the person who actually produces the documents.
Do you work with Fujairah companies in person?
We visit Fujairah for the audit and the final review, and use video and shared files in between. We work from Dubai and Sharjah and say so up front.
Can the identity handle several branches or companies?
Yes. We plan how each branch or subsidiary relates to the parent, so a new unit slots in without a redesign.
Will you design signs and vehicle graphics too?
We design them and specify them for your contractor, or Abjar Signboard Works in Abcon Group can produce them.
Can documents be fully bilingual?
Yes. We lay out both languages so neither is squeezed, and we flag fields, such as addresses and registration numbers, that you need to supply and confirm.
Will templates survive being emailed or scanned?
Yes. We keep colours readable in greyscale, use safe fonts or embed them, and avoid thin hairlines and pale tints that vanish when a page is photographed on a phone or scanned at low quality.
What should we share before a corporate identity project in Fujairah?
Send samples of every document you issue, photos of signs, vehicles and uniforms, and any logo files. Tell us how many branches you have, who produces the paperwork and any customer or authority rules your documents must follow.
Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?
Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
