In short

Big decisions in Fujairah are often made around a deck. A port services contractor presents capability to a terminal operator, a marine supplier shows a shipping client what it can deliver, a hotel owner pitches a partner or an investor. The audience may be local, regional or overseas, and the slides may be read on a screen the next day rather than presented in the room. Abcon Branding designs presentations for Fujairah companies from Dubai and Sharjah. We have no office in Fujairah, so we work through the storyline online and can travel for a rehearsal or a major pitch. We structure the story, design the slides in English, Arabic or both and hand over a template your own team can reuse.

What is included

What presentation design covers

A good deck starts with the argument, not the slide master. For Fujairah teams, the work usually includes: We also build in an appendix for questions, so the main story stays short while technical specifications, equipment lists and certificates are on hand if the audience asks.

Printed pitch deck pages fanned on a light oak table, drawn with orange and green bars, a donut chart and a rising line, with the Bettergrow logo on the front page.
01

Storyline

The order of the argument, built from what the audience must decide and what they doubt.

02

Pitch and investor decks

Slides for a partner or funder, with the business case on the first few pages.

03

Capability decks

A deck that explains what a contractor or supplier can handle, with proof placed beside each claim.

04

Tender and committee decks

Slides arranged to answer the evaluator’s criteria in the order they ask.

05

Board and management decks

Regular reporting packs with consistent layouts, so changes between meetings stand out.

06

Arabic and English versions

Slides that mirror properly and fit text in both languages without overflow.

07

Charts and diagrams

Figures redrawn to show the point, with processes and routes drawn as simple diagrams.

08

Templates

PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides masters with locked layouts and a short guide.

09

Rescue and redesign

An overloaded deck cut back to a clear argument before an urgent meeting.

When it helps

When a Fujairah team needs presentation design

  1. 01

The deck is long and has no argument.

A long deck often hides that the point was never decided. Cutting it back usually helps most.

  2. 02

    Big projects raise the bar.

DP World is to develop two new terminals in Fujairah under a 50-year concession, including one designed for up to 2.5 million TEU a year, according to Khaleej Times. Suppliers pitching into that scale need clear, credible decks.

  3. 03

    Numbers are pasted from spreadsheets.

Raw tables make readers work. A redrawn chart makes the point in seconds.

  4. 04

The slides read badly in Arabic.

Right-to-left text on a left-to-right template breaks alignment and bullet order.

  5. 05

    Different people, different decks.

If three managers present three styles, the company looks disorganised.

  6. 06

The deck is read, not presented.

A pack sent by email must stand alone, so the slides need enough text to be understood without a speaker.

Process

How we work on presentation design in Fujairah

Every project follows the same four stages. This is what they mean here. Read more about our process.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We start with the decision: who is in the room, what they must agree to and what worries them. We read the material you already have and decide what to keep.

  2. 02

    Architect

We draft the storyline as plain headlines, agree it with you and then design the slides in your identity, in the languages you need.

  3. 03

    Deploy

We finish the deck, build or update the template and run through it with the presenter if you wish. For a major pitch we can travel to Fujairah for a rehearsal.

  4. 04

    Compound

We keep the master files and make updates quick for the next pitch, tender or board meeting.

Cost

What shapes the cost of a presentation project

We quote every project after a first conversation, so the proposal matches what the business needs. These are the things that move the cost and the timeline most.

Our guide to what branding costs in Dubai explains how to compare quotes.

Number of slides

The more pages, the more layout, checking and revision.

Storyline work

Whether we build the argument with you or polish an existing one.

Languages

An Arabic version is a separate build, not a text swap.

Charts and diagrams

Each custom visual takes drawing time.

Templates

A reusable master with several layouts is a deliverable in itself.

Deadlines and rounds

Urgent deliveries and extra review rounds are quoted at the start.

Device and file checks

Testing on the laptops, tablets and screens you will present from, including Arabic fonts.

Questions and answers

Can you design a deck in Arabic and English?

Yes. We build each language properly, with correct alignment, and check that no text overflows.

Do you write the content?

We help structure and edit it. The facts, figures and claims must come from you and be approved by you.

Can you work on a deck we have already started?

Yes. We review it, cut it back and redesign it in your identity.

Will you help us rehearse?

We can run a rehearsal online or, for an important pitch, in person in Fujairah. We work from Dubai and Sharjah.

Do we get a template?

Yes. We deliver a PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides master with a short guide so your team can build new decks.

Can the deck work when it is emailed?

Yes. We can design a version that reads without a presenter, with clear headings and captions.

Can the deck be shown from a tablet or on a weak connection?

Yes. We export light files that open on a laptop, a tablet or a meeting-room screen without internet, and we check fonts and animations on the device you will really present from.

Can you turn technical specifications into clear slides?

Yes. We ask the engineer or operations lead to explain the point once in plain words, then draw it as a diagram or a short table, with the full specification moved to an appendix for readers who need the detail.

What should we share before a presentation design project in Fujairah?

Share your existing slides, your logo and brand colours, the audience and the date of the meeting and what the audience must decide. Tell us what languages are needed and who presents.

Do you work with businesses in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates?

Yes. We work with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain from our head office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and our office in Muweilah, Sharjah. We do not have an office in Abu Dhabi. Meetings happen in person at either of our offices, or online, whichever suits the project. Abcon Group also works in Oman.
